I just sold my vehicle in and was trying to get a road worthy completed, the first two places I phoned, told me “they weren’t taking any new customers”….A friend of mine recommended trying Spartan. They booked me in next day, completed the road worthy and changed one tyre in the space of a day and a half. On top of this, their customer service was second to none, very friendly, efficient, sent email certificate and phoned as soon as my vehicle was ready for collection. The place was extremely clean and tidy. Highly recommend.
Never have I had an equally pleasant, personalised and friendly experience at a mechanic in my life. Genuinely impressed at the service at Spartan Tyre and Auto, from the swift and transparent servicing, friendly staff, offering of a loan car and, most important of all, my car running better than it has since I’ve owned it. Con and Eliza were amazing from start to finish, I was even showed all of my old car parts that came out for the replacement ones while he explained exactly what he did to my car as well as how and why – giving me peace of mind that I wasn’t falling victim to mechanic shadiness that is unfortunately common in other establishments.
