When I gave my keys to them, they were very casual. They did call me quite a long time later to tell me they were unable to fix the issue but quoted me a price for parts and labour. I said I would just pay for what they had done that day. Arrived to pick up my car to find no one at the desk for ages and my keys just sitting there. I rang around to get several other quotes. A lovely place to get what you need for pets, good service, they are always polite to me when I go in checking if I need anything. But if you are looking for more variety in food and supplies I recommend the Launceston one, but this one has much better for variety in fish
Called yesterday. Bought a few items before Xmas and received a credit. Staff went out there way to help me and find some car mats for me so helpful would recommend highly thanks guys and gals
Staff at Burnie’s SCA have always been super friendly and helpful! Only yesterday Troy and Belinda were amazing in helping me out with finding electrical harness parts to install a new Pioneer head unit, and then again when it turned out that the new part was faulty – Troy immediately replaced it with a different (better) unit at no extra cost! Thanks heaps Troy!!! You and your staff are the reason we keep on returning to your store! Fantastic!
