And we really have to say thank you very much Todd you are really professional and friendly even though our English is not good. My car has had problems since last year. I used to go to another car repair shop in Devonport and spent a lot of money there, but it still hasn’t been fixed. Until just now when I was about to go out, the car broke down again, so I went to Eastside Service Centre just near my home, and Todd only took five minutes to fix it. Richard is friendly and helpful, and he’s very good at talking! He would explain to you the issue in a way where you could actually understand the problem with the car. Everything he says would actually sound convincing.
However there might be several issues: Replaced my clutch and it’s ok now, replaced my aircon (I wasn’t told prior that the secondhand aircon would ‘spoil at anytime’ and there is only one week of warranty), and the aircon was gone at about 3 weeks of replacement. Would have went for a new one if I knew the second one parts wasn’t checked prior. Coincidentally enough, I happen to hear from another two person that also repaired their aircon here and was faulty again within a short period of time.

Great mechanic! We got a quite spontaneous appointment for our mercedes sprinter. They were very friendly, professionell and only took 1.5 hours for the service. And they even found the cause of an error that previous mechanics couldn’t identify. Definitely recommend 5/5!
