I took my car in first thing on the morning of the day of the booking. Didn’t hear anything by mid-afternoon so called for an update. I was told by the receptionist that the mechanic would call me back. Didn’t get the call as promised so I called again the next morning when I was told by the receptionist that she couldn’t get through to the mechanic and again would go find the mechanic and ask him to call me. I still didn’t receive a call by midday but luckily when I called for the third time I was put through to the mechanic who told me that he had only just taken the car for a test drive. I was told the car would need a new engine so I asked for a quote for the cost of repairs. Never heard back from them again so this time I decided to go in personally into the garage 2 days later to find out that they had not done the quote. They charged me $182 for the inspection, which basically included test driving the car and having a quick look under the bonnet. On the inspection report they just quoted all the signs I had already told them about – underpowered, oil leak etc. Nothing about what the code scan revealed, nothing on which parts needed replacing or how much the repairs would cost. Several times they repaired things that I had not approved which costed me a couple grand, only to get it back with the same issues I booked it in for plus one extra problem. Although they did attempt to fix it the second time around without charge there is still no change, just decided to take it somewhere else. Do not recommend

I took my car to these people because I had problems with it rattling when turning and going over bumps. It also felt like something was loose in the suspension and most of the noise was coming from the drivers side front end which I explained to the lady at the desk.
The mechanic or whoever boy it was came out and told her nothing was wrong with my car and then she turns around and try’s to say my tie rod end is loose.
Well, the problem turned out to be the sway bar links. The drivers side was completely shot, the boot was barely there, grease all over the place. How it was missed by them is beyond me. I want my $28 back.
It was very bad experience. I went for brake repair my car in ultra tune Wagga Wagga. It’s inspection done and paid $28. I asked about my car. The front girl was angry. Very sad. I can’t recommend that service.
