Great work.By Jim Howard (11 months ago)This is the WORST service center I have been to. To start I asked them to let me know if anything needed replacing before doing it. I advised them my job doesn’t always allow me to be able to answer my phone so they tried once early in the morning and then I had to call back after work only to be told my front brake pads needed replacing (now another 600 onto of the service price) that left me without a car for yet another day. As I went to pick it up the next day I was told that the rear brake pads had 15-18 months left on them which I was ok with. Flash forward 3-4 months and there are more issues: – grinding noise coming from what sounds like the exhaust every morning for at least the first 5-10 mins of my drive – rear brake pads have worn down despite being told 15-18 months – put my car in for a pink slip with a different mechanic who advised me they neglected to check a part in the steering wheel which made it loose. Now I’m not a car person so I thought it was just general aging but turns out it’s a non passable point for pink slip, so had to have that changed. The attitude of the administration and service advisors is deplorable. The only saving grace is the manager who promised a call back and followed through. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Andrew and his Team are the best and most honest mechanics in Wollongong – there is no pressure to add services that are not actually required, the work is professional, reasonably priced and done in a timely fashion.
I always feel comfortable dropping my car off knowing that the Team at 1st Choice will look after my little Mazda.
Don’t go here guys. I went today for pink slip and I know my car is working properly. They cut my break lights and so they have a reason to fail me so i can spend money. God forgive them their sin. My advice, go to trusted company don’t waste time in here.
They need to be punish by law.
Why other people find a ways to give other people problem? They don’t have a heart to feel about the cause they’re giving?
I’m a healthcare worker and my car is full services updated. I know that my car has no issues. My car is not old… They think they can fool people.
I called the company and giving complain but the woman who answered the phone was rude and they fight with me, she disrespected me. I hope the company pull out the phone record to punish the rude staff as well. I’m sad and I’m not happy about my experiences today. I cried because i was treated bad. I wish they will experience what I’ve experienced and so that they can feel what they did.

Had nothing but great experiences with these guys. Have had my old 2003 Corolla in many times and helped keep her up and running well, have even gone so far as to replace the clutch (and gave me a discount for the repair when they had to have it for longer than expected). Fantastic service and very helpful.
