Open 7 days really helps, I ring before to check on availability, and I usually get a park right outside. Highly recommended!5 months agoFriendly staff and I’ve got what you need very helpful indeed. 3 years agoTerrible experience at this pharmacy. The staff is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I requested for a refund immediately after a purchase as I realized I have been charged almost twice of the price compared to other pharmacies. The staff refused my request, and said “I can definitely make my own refund rules here.” If a staff can make his own rules, then what’s the point of having “Pharmacy Board of Australia”. I am fine with not having a refund, but totally not fine with the staff’s language and attitude. For anyone who has an intention to visit this pharmacy, please check their “rules” and compare the price before you go! To the owner: Just for the record, I did not threaten your staff with a bad review, instead, I notified him that he would receive a bad review for his attitude right before I left the shop. Your staff is not only arrogant, but also tells lies. As a customer, I deserve a reason of not getting a refund, that’s my right! Your staff is not professional enough to provide me such a reason. He didn’t even know which regulator/laws he should follow. That’s why he said he makes his own rules. Ridiculous!

There are just too many GREAT THINGS about this shop.. i will go by points
I am from Sydney, currently in Wollongong for work and I found this Sophisticated, Charming, Aromatic, Delightful so called Pharmacy but all you can get Store from all pharmacies to fashion clothes, body fragrances, accessories to Home Products, Interior and etc. a month ago and i keep coming browsing around the shop and already bought many good stuffs.
Here are my list of points
1. Pharmacy but designers Fashion Clothing, Accessories, Cosmetic (even Vegan Comestic), Brands’ Fragrance & Aroma Products, Designers Interiors, Charming, Thoughtful and Lovely all range of gifts … is it still call pharmacy?
2. Well display, quite amazing selection of stuffs, from home made to Europe, Japan Charms…well done Melissa and all friendly staffs
3. Its open until 9:30pm
4. Plenty of friendly and attentive staffs… everyone come around you to give you assist..
5. Whole shop smell aroma, i feel so Relax and so welcome by all smiley friendly staffs

7. FREE deluxe WRAPPING with good quality paper & range of ribbons

9. Currently there is promotion on MOR products. FREE Gift of Good quality brand Umbrella if you spend $49.95

Great place with absolutely great staff and Pharmacist’s. Very family friend. Always greet my family and I with love and respect. Pharmacist’s and staff are very knowledgeable. Been going there for 2 years now and will continue for the foreseeable future. Keep up the great work guys!
A terrible place to buy medicines even though you have a Medicare card and PBS, particularly for price-sensitive customers like me. I will never go there unless no option is left. I purchased an Amoxilillin 100 ML for a whopping $24 (300% higher than Chemistware house). I was surprised to see the price difference when I bought the repeat dose of the same brand by spending only $8 at Chemistware house. I called them up for a refund, but they told me their price is still $15 so I only received a $9 refund. I am sorry to reveal the truth; those are price sensitive; try not to shop at Hospital Hill Pharmacy as they seem to cater to premium customers, not those akin to me.
I went in to the pharmacy to request a bathroom key for my disabled client. The old woman at the counter refused and my client wet himself. Thanks for looking out for your fellow humans. Absolutely Horrible
Getting worst by the minute! Everytime I go in or my partner goes in, we are treated rudely and made to feel like we are an inconvenience! We don’t even feel comfortable calling or being in the pharmacy at all! The rudeness when we call or get a prescription in is so upsetting.
