a week agoThe Drs here are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and respectful. Dr Nagina is next level. She really pays attention, has real empathy and remembers details of your family and your life. She is a beautiful soul. The nurses are also very warm and fun. My son has had all his childhood vaccinations here and the staff have been really great to get it done quickly and make him feel comfortable. I don’t think he has cried for any of them!2 weeks agoWe are travelling through and received the best medical service in a long time for my hubby. Dr Ryan Partridge was thorough and all referred services completed in the same building. Even a Telehealth follow up to check on his progress today. Excellent clinic. Wish we lived here. 6 months agoThe staff here are empathetic; the on-site pharmacy is a bonus. The treatment rooms mean less waiting around. My doctor definitely cares about me as a person; I’m not just a body to get in & get out.9 months agoThe staff need to learn how to answer a phone! If you ever need to ring this place prepair for a 30 min wait. I have even been on hold on the phone trying to find the entrance, when there was building works and there was staff just standing around talking with the phone rining it is worse than bunnings and big w combined.2 years agoFirst time at this practice yesterday. Seen by Dr Andrew MacNaught. Excellent service, Doctor was on time, thorough, professional and made me feel at ease. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and it is so handy having the pharmacy on site. Great first impressions made by said Doctor, reception staff and pharmacy staff. 5 out of 5a year agoAttended Coffs Medical Centre today. The ladies at reception were lovely, no sour faces that I have experienced at some other medical centres. Saw Dr Macnaught, he is by far the nicest Dr I have seen in a long time. I highly recommend him. I highly recommend this practice.a year agoRecently, I saw Dr Lucas Booth. He is very helpful, thorough and has great social skills. I also have seen Andrew MacNaught and Monique Dickens, they are good doctors.

Drs are good. Practice bulk bills now and if you are sick and have no money to pay for consult they want bulk bill its all about the $. Wrong anyone should be able to see a doctor, whether they have money or not. Practice manager is not sympathetic to patients needs.
Dr David Ellis is a highly professional, caring, committed and outstanding GP. Throughout the Covid-19 period, he always provided the best advice to help me navigate my health issues.
The reception staff are always courteous and helpful, and the nursing staff is equally professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
Great experience from entry to exit. Dr Bell was wonderful and really quickly won over his 1 yr old patient plus 3yr old sibling.
Great Medical Center, staff always accommodating with excellent Doctors, I recently needed to urgently speak with a Dr late on Friday afternoon and Plaza Medical Center were able to arrange a phone consultation and referral. Highly reccommend 🙂
