4 months agoI was accused of returning a vitamin bottle that was opened, i had make sure that i didnt opened it, to asked first my doctor if i can combine it with my other vitamins. And i could not so i didnt opened the bottle, and made sure that when i left the house today checked the bottle again that it wasn’t opened and manager said it sealed was opened how would i know that the seal was opened. So manager persumed i opened the bottle, so maybe when she opened the bottle hard enough then the sealed would have opened too. if there is a zero i would not give them one star2 years agoGreat store with special prices! Instructor very confident. Was easily able to convey the required information in a calm and professional manner. Didn’t let the course stray off subject while addressing all questions to the satisfaction of all involved. I would definitely do another course with this organisation
I really thought Graham did a good job with the first aid course today. Graham explained things with drawings on the white board and explained different things alot better than other trainers have in the past course i have done.
Fast, easy, no fuss to the point, central location with good clean facilities. Janey is a fantastic instructor with a lot of knowledge.
Janey was a terrific teacher. I have completed CPR for years now, yet she still managed to make the lesson fresh and interesting.
This was my first time doing the courses, so I don’t have any other reference point. However Janey was absolutely brilliant with the way she presented the information. She interacted well with all of us and made it feel really interactive rather than just monotonous.
The equipment available meant that I could get a good hands on feel for a lot of the things learnt theoretically.
