They’ve both passed. When my girl Nala passed. It was at the vet in her final days. They were so kind in helping to make this tragic day run smoothly for my family. And my Boy Leavi had a long term condition. They worked hard to help him the best they could. Thanks to the hard work and long hours they put in with him. This is the first time I have visited the Goulburn Health Hub. My visit to see a specialist was a dream. Checking in was quick and the staff attentive.
I didn’t even have time to sit down as the Doctor was running early. In terms of seeing the specialist, that was also great. A excellent Doctor who was personable, thorough and made my experience as pleasurable as a visit to a Doctor can be. There should be more like her.
Also needed support from the nursing staff and the nurse I saw was equally as professional.
I attended the St Jude Sleep Disorder Clinic today.I found all the staff to be excellent. They were patient, caring and thoughtful.
Incidentally, St Jude was one of Jesus’s disciples. He was the saint of lost causes. I hope this doesn’t reflect poorly on my chances of a quick recovery. Only joking!

The hub itself is a credit to Goulbourn
I struggled with the booking process at first. I had a 25-page referral to scan through. Not given another process to book appointment. I have a small scanner -5 pages at a time. I felt I could have been informed of booking process with more information and support.
On my actual appointment I was very pleased with the level of service and support. Admin and medical specialist were fantastic. It was my first visit to Goulburn Health Hub.
My appointment was a good experience.
Really disappointed visiting Goulburn Health Hub for an appointment with a specialist. on the day of my confirmed appointment, i was told that the doctors flight is delayed and we will inform you as soon as the doctor arrives the health hub. the staff told me that i will have to come back in few weeks to see him again. after much request they gave me an early appointment the next morning. next day the doctor made me wait for another hour as he continued with other appointments which were supposed to be after my appointment. and when i actually see the doctor, he didnt even listen to my problem properly. although i was offered a discount as i stayed over night in the hotel on my own expanse but the service was really bad. really disappointed with their ENT specialist. i would give no start if there was a choice to proceed without selecting one.
