He conducted a meticulous examination and provided me with a comprehensive service. I am exceedingly satisfied with his exceptional service, and my health condition has improved significantly.4 months agoThis is the first time I went to see doctor for myself .The doctor was sheikh Hossain. I must say he was very thorough and showed his patience to listen my problem and treated me. Next day I took my two daughters to get the flu vaccine done and was done nicely as well. Definitely will be going there if needed.3 months agoIt was my first visit to Dr. Sheikh. Highly professional in his approach towards health issues, a holistic work up. Happy with follow up plan. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is well speaker. It’s rare to find a talented doctor who is ready to provide outstanding medical care. Definitely highly recommend.

3 months agoThought I’d give this Medical Centre a try after getting fed up with The Market Place. I’m really happy how nice and polite the reception was to deal with here, the Doctor I had was great to deal with and made me feel like he genuinely wants to help people and not just there for the money. Definitely recommend going here.3 months agoDoctor Awosolu has been so great every time! So kind and friendly and efficient and helpful! People need to get over it that it’s a long wait it’s a free appointment and it’s healthcare they are doing their best!! Very helpful every time I go (no matter how long the wait maybe if you were paying you could have an opinion) it’s free! Very grateful.a month agoDr Karam Jallo must be the dumbest pretend doctor in Australia. This guy has never heard of Lead being detrimental to human health! Had no idea it used to be in paint and petrol, no idea what it does or why i would be concerned. Even though i have definite high exposure and symptoms, and the Vic Health Gov site says- “See your doctor to request a blood test for lead if you are concerned. ” This clown flatly refused and took great joy in it. He actually said “you look ok to me”. What!!!! I’m a pensioner just asking for a blood test for a legitimate health concern known and documented world wide for half a century and he’s never heard of the idea! How does somebody like this get qualified? Don’t go anywhere near this place if you care about your health. All this joker cares about is the cash register. Just saw my real doctor who is intelligent and naturally he referred me for the test immediately.3 weeks agoDr Karam Jallo should seriously be removed from the medical register in Australia.Rude, dismissive, rushed in and out simply about sucking every dollar away from Medicare.
Have lodged official complaint with Medical Board.

5 months agoDr. Bassam Jallo is the best, he is pleasant, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. Stephanie at reception is fantastic, always happy to help. I have never ever had to wait more than 30 minutes

The staff are very polite and understanding. Although the desk itself could be a little smaller I feel that it’s too high and can barely hear the staff when speaking with them but they are fantastic about the whole situation.
There is a very minimal wait time to see the doctor and the doctor I choose to see is very compassionate, honest, reliable, trustworthy and empathic I could go on but you’ll get bored of me.
The clinic is a very clean/immaculate environment which is very important to me in a doctor’s clinic.
I’d say, overall professionally and health-wise they are doing an amazing job to keep up with the welfare of the clinic, staff and doctors and including their patients.
Princess Parc Clinic you’re doing an amazing job, especially by keeping your doctor to stay ? by running the clinic in a timely and professional manner I was impressed by the very first time I step foot in the clinic and I’m still impressed. Well done to all of you that help keep the clinic going as smoothly as it does.

Best clinic in the area. I’ve tried them all!!! Rachel is fantastic with children. So caring, so professional, such a great approach and clear wisdom in her field. I’m very impressed with tough little critics giving the absolute thumbs up.
Marnie is an absolute asset to this clinic also, she can settle any nervous child with ease and just knows what to say when that extra care is needed. Never leave, either of you!!!
Receptionists are all very friendly and professional and consistent.
Short waiting times, makes a huge difference too.
Always have a great visit, I see Dr Gigi and she is fantastic very passionate and helpful, feels like she really cares about you. The reception are always smiling even though I know they sometimes are not treated with respect. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
The best Doctors medical center in Shepparton right from when you walk in the door. The Receptionists are fantastic and the Doctors are exceptional, they take the time to listen! Thanks Guy’s this is the only medical center to use in Shepparton!
