The prewash by attendant makes it even worse and the amount of product and cleaning power in the auto wash is disgraceful. Obviously will not spend the money on their business. Never again as this is the third time this has happened. Seems to be reasonable time for $. $2 got me 4 minutes. I do like that you vacuum first then wash although it can make for a long wait.

3 months agoCame here on a Monday 1/05/23 – Use self service bay -2 cleaning programs were out of order – The brush to use on the car as useless, it was very worn out and needed replacing! Didn’t even foam up. the pressure washer was still shouting out water when it wasn’t in use, so wasting lot of water. So I’m upset that I waste money supporting a local car wash. The place just looked worn out and need a good updating. Very sad, management should do something about it.2 months agoWould not go here again!! I went to this car wash and initially when I pulled up to the self was it didn’t except cash so I went to the next one and one of the washing steps was not available I continued on and when I went to pay with car it wouldn’t not work I tried pushing the stop on the machine and tapping card again then when it did work it charged me $15 not $5 like the sign said it would. I then went and saw the manager and she was really rude and speaking down to me she told me that if I pushed stop on the machine when I was done it would refund me, she told me if I had a problem I could call the charging agency but they would just call her anyway. The other worker kept walking past the car so I had to continually stop to not wet him. I was then finished and pushed stop which did not work, because she was so rude the last time I asked her I didn’t want to bother her again so I let the timer run out and waste my money and left.3 months agoautomatic car wash is an absolute waste of time. Did not clean anything and calling the after hours number is a bigger waste of time. The most amazing self-serve car wash in all of Australia. Some of the cheapest prices we’ve come across. Beautifully clean with a nice retro/Palm Springs vibe. The soap dispenses in different colours – creating a rainbow around your car! Honestly we had the most incredible time here! Massive props to the owners, seriously raising the bar for all car washes out there! ?
The only place in Townsville that both dries and has Electronic payment for the vacuums. Rarely end up waiting longer than 5 minutes. There’s even a doggie wash!
I take all of my vehicles here on a regular basis, including my motorcycles. The car wash is always well presented, clean and running smooth. The manual wash bays are fantastic. Easy to use controls, well priced and the different modes are labled clearly with instructions and tips. Plus the music is always good. 10/10
Amazing dog and car washing service. We bring Lucy (our dog) here every fortnight for a wash and she loves it! The people working here are lovely and keep it so clean. A man even came over today with a treat for Lucy whilst she was having her bath. Safe to say he has a new best friend how. Cannot rate it high enough!
