They didn’t have the black camo variant in store but was able to get it online ordered and shipped to my work for me!5 months agoThe new shoes Blissfeel run 2 are super comfortable right out of the box. No breaking them in and they don’t rub your ankle raw… they hug your foot perfectly ? love them7 months agoDO NOT get your clothes hemmed here. Yes, it’s free, but you get what you pay for. It took weeks longer than they said it would. When my tops finally came back, two of them were missing and someone else’s top was in my order. They ended up having to replace my missing tops that are no longer sold in stores. The one that was hemmed was way shorter than I wanted and where it had been pinned. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I don’t shop at Lulu very often, but the few times I have I have always had a good experience. I am always greeted and every employee I encounter always asks if I’m doing alright and if I have questions or need help. My husband really likes the ABC pants for work, which are great and seem to last forever. They also offer free hemming of his pants if he needs it. My clothes I do have from lulu are comfortable and have lasted me a very long time, so they seem to be worth the price tag. (Sometimes you really do get what you pay for). This most recent visit the store was EXTREMELY busy, but the employees were still polite and attentive, helping with sizing questions and such. The store was pretty darn clean and organized considering how busy they were. Overall this store seems pretty well run, I have no complaints and would shop here again.
I sent my husband down here to exchange a shirt and he had a couple pairs of shorts that didn’t hold up. Even though the store was busy, the employees gave him personal attention, helped him find the items he needed, and even swapped out the damaged shorts for new ones. One of the best lululemon stores in the area. Large selection for both men and women.
The worst customer service experience ever. You’d think Lululemon would be concerned about their brand reputation, but obviously not.
I bought two pairs of yoga pants on 5/19 at this store and passed them off to have them hemmed.
On 5/31 I came back to the store to do some additional shopping and to check on the hemming. After a lot of hemming & hawing (no pun), the woman took my name and number and said she’d get back to me. She called me the next day and said the pants would be ready on 6/5 or 6/6.
On 6/9, with no word, I called the store to find out the status. No one picked up the phone and no one bothered to return the message I left. On 6/12 I sent an email – no response. On 6/14 I sent a follow up email – no response. I then called the GEC to complain about the store. Although they were sympathetic, they said they couldn’t do anything, but did offer me a $30 gift certificate (which never arrived, lol).
Today, 6/19, I went in person to the store for a final attempt. The good news is they located the pants. The bad news is, they said they’d been hemmed and they had not — they still had the safety pins marking where to hem in them.
This store is an absolute incompetent joke and has been a very unpleasant customer experience. Lululemon doesn’t seem to really care.
Answer the phone! Return messages. Plus voicemail is a cold robot instead of a warm friendly voice.
Came here to return an online purchase that was sent in the wrong size. Employees refuse to validate parking without new purchase because it is “store policy”. I only came here because the company sent me the wrong size, and don’t carry 29 waist in store. Won’t be buying anything else from Lululemon. Cherry creek mall is trash.
