I eventually went up to the front desk and found four employees standing around talking. When I asked the cashier for help with finding an item I was simply told “Sorry, I think we sold out days ago. I don’t know if we’ll get more or not.”If you live in the Indy area, it’s definitely worth zipping down Keystone to visit the Fashion Mall location instead!

I was greeted by a friendly employee. I told her I was there for an online pick up. She directed me to another friendly employee. They gave me my package very quickly. I really appreciated them very much. I would have waited in line for just an online pick up. The service was GREAT & the employees were Awesome!?
Excellent staff, very helpful. Store was clean and well organized. They had a great selection, one of the better staffed and stocked lulu stores we’ve visited and we visit quite a few. All the sizes were in the right bins as marked and we got a few pair of shorts, leggings, shirts and tops and if it wasn’t on the shelf employees happily double checked the back. Great lulu store to make a shopping stop.
DISHONEST AND CARELESS
I placed a hem order for a new pair of pants at this store 3 months ago and still have not received my item. I was told my order would take no more than 5 days. I have called the store, left voicemails, and sent emails, yet have not heard back a single time. They have completely ignored me. I even went into the store after a month and a half of waiting on my single item, and they still couldn’t be bothered to give me an answer as to when they will be returned. I will never support this store again and seriously regret trusting them with my pants.
I didn’t get a survey but the closing leader was excellent and professional, they epitomized “Midwest Nice” and offered personalized feedback about the various garments! 10/10
Poor service. Difficult to deal with. Refused to let me exchange a pair of pants that were miss sized as I didn’t have the receipt. They were a gift. They also were current pants so absurd they did not stand behind the quality promise they say they have. I will not return to this lululemon. One of the worse I’ve been to with poor cs.
