4 months agoSuper friendly staff, great location. They recently moved to a new space in the mall and it is really amazing. The store is well designed and feels pretty high end. The quality of their clothing is simply unmatched. I almost exclusively shop here for workout clothing and have started recently buying everyday wear as it’s comfortable and breathable as well. Highly recommend this location!2 months ago10/10 All of the workers were so nice! This one cashier, i dont remember her name but she had black hair and looked abt 17-19, she was so nice! I loved her! She made my day, bless her heart5 months agoThis store is very good. They hired many people to help you out. So it seems like you were bumping into salesperson everywhere you turn. But that was fine cuz they got a lot of help but the products that we were trying to find. Seems that the people they hired really like lulimon seeing if they just started working there. They seem to know the products which was good.6 months agoLululemon just lost a long time customer. The sales staff and customer support is beyond horrible. The lady at entrance seemed like she was forced to stand and greet people with most unpleasant face to start with. I came to the new store knowing what I was buying. I wanted to try the pants before I order online, hence the store visit. The sales lady just straight ignored initially and then walked pass me as if I was not there. She gave a look as if she was doing me a favor selling something to me. Overall, I would not recommend this Lululemon store to anyone. The unhelpful staff alone makes for a frustrating and unpleasant shopping experience.12 months agoNot one to complain but customer service here is beyond horrible, went in for a return and was told they were going to order what I wanted and have it sent to a different location to pick it up. Never Received an order confirmation email and when I asked the girl who worked there about not receiving one she shrugged and said to wait. Come to find out my order was never even placed. So I called the store to let them know and she said to call customer service and see. I asked if it was possible she sent it to the wrong email and she responded with “yeah that might’ve happened “ and then hung up. So not only did I not get an email I probably won’t be Receiving my leggings either. Do your self a favor and go to any other location than this one. Pretty sad that one of my favorite stores has such poor employees that work there.

6 months agoThis store is very pretty to look at, very fun to shop through.Lulu is known for their quality and well-made clothing line. It’s fun to see them branching out to crossover bags and other items.

4 months agoI’m a lulu member and I should be able to return items in exchange for a gift card, even for discounted/WMTM items. I went there and the girl on the counter was not sure of the policy so she asked a colleague, came back to me and said that sale items cant be returned. Logged in my account and showed her the benefits, goes to her colleague again, then comes back and this time she said they can only accept the return if I do an exchange with an item in the store.. I was starting to get frustrated so I just left the store.. at home, I contacted GEC and they helped me do a return (for the discounted item) via postal service and they will give me a refund in my CC.. It seems that the “Educators” in this store is not well educated.11 months agoLeah was SO helpful! Some of the best customer service I have personally experienced in a long time. Great customer service and such genuine people:)11 months agoI went to the store twice today, once with my kiddo earlier in the day where I was looking for two mens polos that were not in stock- I asked the gentlemen working if the Bridgeport location had stock he responded with telling me how I likely put the store location incorrectly when looking online I responded with probably and asked if he could still check the Bridgeport location. He did, and then he was helpful for other options etc. I came back this evening and the same crew was working, the gentlemen said “welcome back” as I walked in. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed while I was shopping and when checking out. The lady who was ringing up my purchase was rushing through, didnt ask for my account number (which I really like using since I get email copies of my receipts) I had to stop her to ask to add my military discount, she put the receipt in the bag and pushed it towards me and said “here you go”. Transaction #1596 at 7:47pm Reg 2- the receipt doesnt have a name of employee. I typically would write this off but I’ve never felt this way when shopping at lululemon and always have a good experience with extremely good customer service. I dont feel as If I was being unfriendly or did anything to warrant this kind of offputting service. I really hope she has a better evening.

Customer for life. After one pair of ABC classic failed in the groin and another developed an issue with a seam, they repaired one and replaced the other with no questions asked. Very kind and thoughtful staff, will continue to shop here and support a business that actually takes care of its customers!
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Always good options and really like the apparel here. Always check the clearance rack as there is usually something good there!
What is it with this location? First, you get a phone tree. Then after selecting option #3 you get voicemail EVERYTIME. At the Bridgeport location you get a live person almost every single time.
This store is a blemish on the LuLu name and should be closed. First, most pop ups have a better selection it is so small you can barely move around. However, the worst part is the customer service. Totally inconsistent return policy with other stores. Quite literally if you go to Washington Square or Bridgeport they will accommodate returns this location’s staff say are not permitted. Poorly trained employees with high turnover. Literally the worst Lulu store we have been to in the US and Canada.
I came in with my mom on Sunday evening and experienced a random act of kindness by one of the employees. This will definitely become our regular lulu store! Thank you!!
