They don’t have as much in terms of supply, but at least you were able to navigate the store and it’s clean. As always there a grapevines and Ross one of my favorite places to shop.a year agoThis is the new store opened in Gemini place next to Burlington store. From the store point of view it’s similar to TJ max and Burlington. Price is decent enough and not much of items are there as it’s newly opened. The store has departments like beauty, accessories, kids, home, dresses for men and women, shoes and luggage. There is a small section of electronics.a year agoVisited Ross first time. Price is decent and maintained well. Don’t see much of varieties like other retail shops. Limited varietiesa year agoWent here last week, and everything was fine. noticed they left the security tag on, so i went back today. Wait in a line for 10 minutes just for them to tell me they can’t take the tag off, because I don’t have a receipt. I told the lady checking me out i could show her the card i purchased it with, or bank statements, to no avail. Staff overall wasn’t that good, maybe growing pains for just opening.

a week agoThis Ross is one of the most organized I’ve been to here in Ohio. Everything in place and with staff, something rare at Ross. I spoke to an employee who looked like a manager, I don’t know her name, but I know she was born in Peru, very friendly. There was a lack of more beauty products, but at least in this store we found the products in the right place!a month agoSpent 10 minutes trying and picking out shoes. Spent 30 minutes in line to pay. I mean there are 2 people at the register and helping one person at a time. And I really mean 30 minutes. I write this while I am waiting in line. The sad part is there is and have been 4 people in front of me. This is crazy. But I did get decent shoes for cheap though. So there is that.a month agoCheckouts very disorganized. When a supervisor was called to address a problem she stopped to chat with clerk working security. She chatted for a while and I could hear them laughing in a jovial conversation. After some time had passed, I had them call for a supervisor again and that’s when she broke off the conversation to see how she can help. The supervisor helped solve the problem but was very flippant and dismissive about the problem I had with a cashier. She was dressed in jeans and a blouse some may have worn to clean the house. It was not at all a professional appearance a supervisor should wear working the sales floor of a department store.4 months agoHad a good trip to Ross! My last few visits weren’t the best, but it looked really nice and cleaned up! Found some cute stuff!5 months agoOnly one person working at the register. Supposedly they were short staffed. Then where’s the manager? Someone else should be there to help check people out. Also the entrance to the checkout line was very confusing.

We love to stop in to see what they have to offer and a great place to stop in to get cheap swimming trunks and some quick dry outfits for hiking i got these pairs for $3 each this is un heard of. And my wife got a top and bottom for $5 each and our towels were $5 each. This is cheaper than Walmart.i hope this helps you out and have a great day.
Was pretty crowded but what can you expect.. tis the season?.I was looking for a pair of ?leg ?.. but ended up with a couple of drinking? games..?..?️..I failed to mention.. might have a ?bit of issues.?..? tried to loose.. but either I was that darn good or they was that darn bad.. in other words..I went to bed sober???.. l ?the store.

Ross has name brands for less. Cute blouse and great purse. I definitely recommend shopping there if you want quality products for less.
Most disappointing Ross store I have ever been in. Dirty store with stuff everywhere on the floor from people throwing clothes on the floor. Took kids for school shopping but not a good variety and line was insane. Do better!
