I guarantee you find something you may need or want for a very great price!!!2 weeks agoSuper deals on quality clothes, accessories! Great staff and security. Will make this my go to shopping spot. Very impressive.7 months agoStore have a good feel about it. I spoke with 2 different store associates (one maybe mgr), and both had a friendly tone. I was looking for car cellphone items and found exactly what I needed, and the price was less expensive than other stores, such as BestBuy or AutoZone.6 months agoLove this location, employees are very friendly and helpful!! I’m thinking possibly they have a New Manager, because it was not the case a couple of years ago. Whoever they have assigned as manager is doing an excellent job to motivate employees and they all have positive attitudes now! Great job, very refreshing to have a nice shopping experiencea month agoIt’s sad when you go to your favorite store to shop and you are treated aweful. I love this store but the people that work there need to learn how to treat people with kindness!!

4 months agoThis store was a lot nicer than the one in Nashville it was still a little warm inside but there was more stuff to look at and organized. The staff wasn’t too friendly but it’s been hit or miss depending on the location and time of day.2 months agoVery organized store. Helpful staff, great selections. Had the perfect birthday gift and gift bag ?️?4 months agoIt’s small & it never has any shoes for men. But it’s also the only TJ maxx in the area. On occasion we have come and the dressing room are closed due to lack of staff. Mixed feelings about this location3 months agoSelection is great, if their customer service was equally great I’d say this is a 5 star store. On our very first visit to this store I overheard a cashier being rude to another customer a couple registers down. Same thing every visit after, but tonight was it for me. Her tone, I had to grab things back from her as quick as I could or else she’d just let the items drop to the counter/floor (one item did end up dropped), and she talked so snarkily that you could hardly understand what she’s trying to say. She kept saying something something receipt, but we couldn’t understand her with her attitude. She then has the nerve to get loud with us “READ” and tapping the keypad screen. Ironically, she couldn’t even read her own screen to tell me the correct purchase amount. I will gladly shop at Ross or Marshall’s instead, their cashiers are always so friendly.3 months agoOne of the best store ever love to shop at Tj maxxs love it 5 star my way

TJ Maxx always has the best after Christmas sales! The furniture and home decor selections are reasonably priced and of great quality. Definitely worth the trip or 2!?
I always find great things at TJ Maxx! Today the check out was not crowded so I was in and out pretty quickly. As I found what I was looking for fairly fast, at least for me!
I was in the store today, 9/19/23. I didn’t have the best experience today. I was in between 2 and 220 pm. I walked up to the jewelry counter. I was not greeted by the employee. I walked around to a different side of the counter. She walked to the opposite side. I went to the side closest to the dressing room. She kept her head down. I finally circled the entire counter, ending back where I started. Looking at a necklace on the top shelf. I lingered to see if she would finally acknowledge me or offer assistance. She turned her back to me and went to the back register where she was on the phone. I went to the home section and ended up talking to an employee who was off from work shopping. She told me the jewelry employee name was Josilyn.
Rude to customers. I’ll come for that necklace when a more professional person is working.
I fool wit TJ MAXX the long way quality items for exceptionally reasonable prices. I’m literally putting my wardrobe back together and it looks identical to the $45,000 dollar worth of clothing I lost with Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, and more for a fraction of the cost.

Awful management! I tried to return an damaged item today 10/08/23 and even when I was following their policy, the manager sent me to Fedex to return it to the warehouse!!! That’s how you lose business quick, I’ll buy somewhere else! This community deserves better!
