2 months agoWonderful neighborhood store! They accepted my return for a pair of pants that had a defect. Very much appreciate the helpfulness and kindness of the employees.6 months agoI really stan lululemon products and the 14th street store. I have yet to have a bad experience at any lululemon store but this one in particular has always been especially great each visit. The sales associates are incredibly helpful and kind. They really take their time to talk with you about the product you’re interested in and never hesitate to show you other options if you want to know comparable products. On the flip side, If you’re just in there to browse they respect that as well. They are really great about honoring the quality policy and always making sure your purchases go through your account so you can always look them up for returns. I really cannot say enough great things about this store and lulus products. I know everyone talks about the cost but, I’ve had leggings from here that have last over 5 years and counting lol whereas another brand yes half the price would maybe last me a solid year so I’ve never regretted a single lulu purchase.a year agoI had a great experience with Miranda at the lululemon in Georgetown. She was so helpful and very attentive. I’ve never bought from lululemon & it was my first time actually trying on things. She made me feel so welcomed and excited to purchase clothes from lulu. Thank you so much for hiring such great employees 🙂4 years agoThey were super nice and well dressed.3 years agoI just had to return a couple pairs of ABC pants and it was a disaster. The computer wouldn’t work and it took the associate at least 15 minutes to get it figured out. That is not what I’m reviewing. The associate named Kassidy? was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure that everything got straightened out. I would definitely recommend Lululemon because of their quality and I can’t say enough about the customer service that accompanies the product. Also, great leadership by the host at the front of the store. The employees worked together extremely well to get the job done and also assisted other customers. Glowing review for the store and I would be extremely proud if I was the General Manager or the Regional Manager.

5 stars for Tiana’s customer service! Tiana was so kind and helpful, walking me through an exchange and helping me find the correct size.
First they change their hours without updating anyone. Aka waze, Google or Apple, and then on today Sunday they just decide not to open at all. We drive to this one specifically because their selection is usually better than the others but this is two days in a row now where we’ve driven here. Paid $24 for parking just for them to be randomly closed.
Usually have a very positive experience at this store. However, I went in yesterday to have 2 shorts hemmed/repaired and was told by a worker at the front desk that Lululemon no longer offers alterations/hemming services (as in, all stores no longer across the brand offer it). I later contacted Customer Service, who confirmed that alterations/hemming services are still offered at the Georgetown location, as well as all other locations. Didn’t catch the name of the female worker that was working the check-out counter around 1:38pm on August 5, but please educate yourself so that you don’t spread misinformation and waste people’s time!
I did a pick up order and was greeted quickly and allowed to roam around. I had a very friendly associate get my item. I would shop here again ?
Not too sure how the employees here are divided on whether or not there is a bathroom at the location. One of the staff members told me that there was a bathroom and to ask the people working by the fittings rooms, the staff members at the fitting rooms told me they don’t have bathrooms and another staff member told me they’ve been advised by management to tell people they don’t have a restroom L O L. To blatantly lie about restrooms is literally insane. Highly annoyed that someone can spend 100s here to help the store with sales but are not permitted to use the restroom. Will be sticking to the Tingey and F street locations. Despite the large selection of women’s they have here the customer service stinks.
