Best store people always nice and ready to help. Had a great time outside Lady out there was so nice. I believe she was the supervisor outside was so helpful and she went out of her way to help me load the mulch in the cart and the car. She is the reason I will keep shopping here.

As always, I was able to find even more than what I went in for. Your clearance section will be my undoing, but seriously, this location does almost always have what I need, or they have an alternative. The staff is also always very friendly and these days a smile goes a long way.

I purchased a dishwasher on 6/27 the contractor went to pick the dishwasher up and it had a Hugh dent. Well I’m glad they turned it down and didn’t take it. So now I have no dishwasher I was told when I ordered it from the salesman that there where plenty of them in the warehouse ? He told me there were a high number there in there Columbus warehouse . So I find it hard to believe they cannot get me another one in a few days No communication no nothing from Lowe’s so I’m canceling the order and gonna cut up my Lowe’s card you have just lost a customer .Now your your south high st store in Columbus Ohio refuses to do anything for me I had to file a claim with Chase bank to get my money back totally absurd. I’m am so over Lowe’s you will never get another penny from my household Come on Lowe’s your better than this.

When I walk in here the smell of wood takes me back to childhood. When my dad was adding the new addition to our house. Its was so much fun coming here with him. Checking out all the tools. I still just like going there to just look. People there are very nice and so much of everything.

Amazing staff at this location. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Kendrick in lawn and garden even helped me load my vehicle which helped me tremendously (40+bags of mulch) Diana at the register went above and beyond for me also. I will stop back in because of them. Thanks and bless you guys. Grade A+

So I dropped into the Home Depot here in West Columbus off of West Broad Street and it was a great experience very customer friendly.

So my mission was to get some security camera cable extensions for a night owl home security system. Now installing this system which has 16 cameras I had to go around to three different Walmarts by extension cables bought them out completely because he sometimes they don’t tell you that you’re going to need all these cables when you buy the night owl system.

And what I love about Home Depot is it is a chain box store and the layout is identical each and everyone what makes it very convenient to find what you’re looking for if you’ve ever been to one of the stores before.

At the end of the day and the bottom line is the staff here were very helpful it made my experience pleasant and I would highly recommend it if you’re in the west side of Columbus Ohio I need a home improvement store

Manager does simply don’t know how to manage the store? I’m totally confused how people like that get to management positions. I was giving Mason permission from the “manager” about a purchase i was trying to make. Heading to Lowe’s instead.

Dumpster fire. I’ve had to leave this location and go to another one, or a competing brand, many times. But today took the cake. Needed a piece of plywood that for some inexplicable reason was stocked in a place that only a lift operator could reach. Stood around for 40 minutes waiting for said lift operator, and then was asked to wait “at least 15 minutes” more because apparently there’s some door in the back that only a manager can open for the lift to come out from? Whatever, man. What a waste of time. If you can’t get the merchandise I need, just tell me instead of wasting my time. Also, the saw was “out of order,” and the store is dirty. This is a bad location. Avoid it.

  1. Hope if you ever order something for scheduled delivery it’s not coming from this store. My delivery was a day late and the store couldn’t have cared less. The associate I spoke with on the phone actually told me that I can always shop somewhere else which I guess is what I’ll be doing moving forward. When the order arrived it was stacked terribly and the condition of some of the lumber is very poor. Overall, I will consider spending more just to avoid this store in the future.

  2. Is the garden service is excellent indoors? You’re going to have a little problem when you want to deal with the wood and plumbing and stuff like that. Find someone to help you, but if you’re outdoors in the garden area in lawn area, it’s excellent service. They’re happy to help you. Remember if a bag is busted they have to sell it to you for half price

  3. VERY disappointing experience with vinyl fence purchase. Lowe’s measured onsite and ordered product through in early spring. Installer (a contractor separate from Lowe’s) was onsite by late June to install. Contractor had already taken down our existing fence before realizing the panels and posts Lowe’s has ordered were incompatible. They rigged up a temporary solution which leaves an opening where a gate should be. We tried again with install in August after I had made several inquiry phone calls ~ that attempt was also a no-go after installers determined one post was still missing, and another had arrived damaged. We’ve been placed back in the same queue, with no accommodation for our circumstance either to work with the fencing manufacturer to rush our special order, or to work with the installer to rush our install date once product is available. Since June we haven’t been able to use our garage where product is stored, let our dog out in the backyard due to the opening where gate should be, our young kids can’t play unsupervised, we’ve canceled holiday gatherings we had intended to host. *immensely disappointing* and definitely not worth saving a few hundred dollars through Lowe’s vs the many other fence companies who might have taken our project seriously.

  4. Really great experience with the paint department. The color I selected came out different that the chip, so they exchanged the paint with a darker color. When that came out it still looked too bright. They added another oz of black and it turned out great. Couldn’t ask for better help from the paint folks.
