4 months agoIf you are here for games, I would avoid it whenever possible. This place has your most common games, and popular games in stock. At no point will you find a rare gem here even if your life depended on it.The people are also hard to find here for ANY kind of help, even if you did find a video game you wanted. They’re often few who are working and those who are tend to just hide in the back.
The electronics department also sits in front of their back end bathrooms, which was reeking of the smell of heroine and many loitering homeless trying to access the laptops for personal pleasure.
This place is an absolute zoo, with monkeys but no caretakers.
2 months agoI came to buy some boxes ? and I found out a really good deal for the smallest boxes for a $1 so I took 6 boxes, I went to pay them and their were bringing up for a diferente price $1.98 so I told the cashier I saw them for a dollar and she said if I didn’t want to pay $1.98 each I can take them back were I found them, I got really offended, so I went back where I found the boxes to take a picture and call a manager, so the manager from sporting goods came I told him what happened and he said he couldn’t change the price of the boxes( we were standing infront of the boxes with the sign) he said he could give me only one box for a dollar, I told him no thank you I can buy them online at Amazon, because they don’t lie with their prices and he just left.4 weeks agoI was waiting in like in the electronics dept and was getting no help getting a phone charger cord from one of the employees. I asked the one person who was behind the counter if anyone else had keys they could help me. Michael said “I have keys but am on break I’ll help you when I’m done”. Seeing how he was still in the electronics dept and not in the break room I took this as a insult and basically telling me to F-off. Total disrespect for customer service and ended up causing a huge scene. I hate this Walmart worst location worst customer service and high crime.a week agoOh, the store is the absolute dirty trashy joke. They should close it completely down considering there’s one just right up the street with wonderful, friendly employees that go above and beyond the group of three ladies that work in the early mornings are exceptionally rude and do anything they can it seems to lose the company money I recommend the one right up the street on Wadsworth.3 months agoIf I could give no stars, I would. Went for an oil change they had to do it twice because the first time it sprayed all in my engine. They said they cleaned it out but they really did a poor job if they did anything.

a month agoAs I expressed prior, it’s amazing how people treat others. Poor customer service skills are going to lose my revenue from now on. Just because my boyfriend and I look a certain way doesn’t mean we are going to steal things or do something dramatic. People grow up and act your age.a week agothe cashier will start running another customer through before you finish bagging your groceries. This has happened both times I have come.I’ll bag my own groceries without complaint, but I’m going to complain when several different staff just start charging the person in line after me before I even start putting my groceries in their bags.
in the last weekSorry but it’s the most ghetto walmart I have ever been to. Shelves weren’t stocked and I’ve never seen so much items behind a locked case before. Got in and out as fast as I could. The workers were atleast nice and helpful!a month agoI’ve honestly had a mostly great experience buying groceries here. However, I’ve purchased expired milk from them twice. Both times, the expiration date suggested the milk had more than a week of shelf life, but both times that stamp was incorrect. When I tried to call to recommend that they investigate the products, no one answered the phone in any department. Two of the departments answered without saying anything and immediately hung up. Needless to say, I won’t ever purchase dairy products from them again.in the last weekIt’s a Wal-Mart. With all the theft, everything is locked up. Ugh. Couldn’t find anyone to unlock. Then, when I went to check out there was one cashier (super long line) or self checkout. The only employees you can see are pulling orders. The new normal is Wal-Mart and others have the customers doing the work. I hate it! Give me a discount or some kind of store points.

Found spot with truck parking. Busy place. Lots of trash here as well as all over Denver area. Homeless living in the parking lot. The smell of pot is so strong downtown. But they are more worried about not having plastic bags. Funny and odd. So we only purchased a few items that we could carry to the truck. Love the mountains, but the city is as dirty as Newark NJ :((
I arrived and checked in on the app. The Walmart app allows you to select a stall between the numbers one and 12 if you’re parked in the 13th or 14th stall, there’s no option only to select unmarked star which I did. 25 minutes later I called and the employee said yes we see you on the screen but we didn’t know where you were at. Did they call me? No did they message me know did they attempt to look outside the building and see where my car is no the only reason I got my order is because I called and told them what style I’ll be at epic fail. This is not your first day in business. I expect a lot more than that said if not, let me go somewhere else.
Nice people inside, well stocked, clean. They didn’t have plastic bags in any of the self-service checkouts on any of our visits. We usually don’t mind because we carry our own nanobags.
This Walmart is going to remodel or improve to a “better Walmart”. Not sure if they will close down completely or will remain open during all construction and improvement. Anyway lots of shelving are empty already or things are moved so that means you might not find what you’re looking for. Still pretty busy!
Truckers are there and they parking lot even though there are signs not overnight parking, thanks to Walmart they are truckers friendly, but some nasty drivers do not deserve to be there. See pictures. Please guys clean after you and respect opportunity that you are getting from Walmart that you can park on their driveway for god sake!
I shop at this Walmart since it’s the closest to me. I bought a couple pieces of ginger and charged me 0.47lb I came home and weighed it myself on a separate scale and only weighted 1.3 oz. I not make a big over a dollar but their register scales are pretty crooked. I also bought tomatoes, I weighted at 3.65lb but they charged me 4.59lb. Hopefully someone in management gets to see this.
