5 months agoJust got out of this store. There’s 2 older ladies that are the rudest people ever. First I asked to use the bathroom for my 3 year old, one of rude ladies answered with an attitude “our bathroom heater doesnt work and it cant be use, go use king soopers bathroom” so I went on and came back. Then when we were on the line, i grabed a lighter from the shelf next to it then told my older daughter never mind I dont want it, right away the cashier said “if you dont want anything give it to me so I can put it back” not done she didnt even asked if I wanted to purchase some bags. She just said “you have a lot of stuff you have to get buy them”. Mean old ladies!!! I get it I was there @8:30 pm and you want to close and go home truely looks like you’re not happy with your job.4 months agoInventory in the store is very sparse! Many of the shelves were empty or nearly empty, only one cashier upfront with lines of 5-6 customers. Also, the floors were filthy.4 months agoPlace was clean, like stuff in it , been going there for years, last time went to dollar tree , cashier asked if I can start bagging my stuff while she scanned my stuff , not enough room for it to sit there.I’ m not getting paid, she is.I went ahead and sacked my stuff, Wow did not know u sack ur own bags!!I got told to start bagging them I dont have room here for your stuff.I think she is nice lady , I bagged my stuff k??a month agoAlot of stuff is out and only 1 employee not good but she did handle her customers quickly ?5 months agoMy cashier was so nice! 2 months agoI used to go to this dollar tree & it was never this bad but every single time I have gone to these last few months it is always closed when the sign clearly says open. I have seen the manager there a few times, watching from inside the store with the doors locked & yet doesn’t bother to unlock the doors I find that very unprofessional on their part. This store should be closed or get people that actually want to work.4 months agoTerrible serviceI took a box to put glass plates and the cashier named DEE said that she couldn’t take the box because they had inventory I asked for a manager and when Dave arrived the handler hit him with a box and said that he didn’t know the bad way I asked why and he told me that it was money for dollar tree and they recycled them
I have worked a lot in stores as a general manager and I thought it was incredible the bad service they have since customer service is the main thing in this type of business
There were many boxes and the one I was going to take was not complete. I even get annoyed a lot and I invite people to avoid leaving their money in this type of business that do not have a good attitude with their customers.
a month agoThere is never more than one cashier and the freezers are constantly empty. It’s cool I’ll go inside and get the next box.We all know that dollar tree is known for having cluttered stores and no customer service but you can’t get mad at them. They try.

Wow for such a little store it literally had items and products that I wouldn’t have expected to find in a DOLLAR TREE.. GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
Lots of crafts for every season here. I will come here first before I go to Michael’s from now on. Cashier was super friendly on the morning of 10/11/22. She was nice to my kids, too. Will definitely be back.
The company itself is a Christian own company but never help their employees. People that get hurt on the job don’t get help, women that are pregnant won’t get get fmla. On top of that they make it hard to get any help
I’d never been in a Dollar Tree prior to about 5 years ago but they had some surprises for me. They gave me my first job in 16+ yrs deciding to give me a chance, and I’m forever grateful. Had my first pay that was above $6.50 an hour, and my first semi-promotion too. I worked a total of 21 months and met a lot of great people, only 15-20% of which were staff, co-workers and such, but the warmest welcome was the customers. I ended up leaving the job though because from the beginning I didn’t have the greatest of treatment from (a) boss/co-worker (s). It was the customers more than anything that convinced me that I deserved better and I am grateful to them ? after about a year elsewhere I decided I wanted to go back. And they took me back with a whole new staff save 2. Our store has good deals and you’re bound to find a few things you haven’t at other Trees. You’ll definitely find a warm, outgoing staff, but I’d have to say the one at the top (of our store at least) is the main reason we all take such pride in where we work. Store manager Kayla Catherman greets both staff and customer the same, with an open ear, sometimes a giggle, and advice should you come looking. My purpose in this review is to call attention to her hard work and determination to make the shopping and working experience a good one every time. I also hope that all the higher ups from her will see what a gem she is and listen to her, ACTUALLY LISTEN to the things she has to say, and maybe try a few out. What’s the worst that could happen… right?! One more thing…thank you to every single customer that made/makes me feel want, those people that lifted me up when I was at an emotional bottom because of previously spoke about reasons, and also to those that even took the step in their life to try to work at the Tree.
Very dirty boxes on floor to hard to move not a whole lot of seasonal won’t shop there again
