Stop here just to grab a few things. I’m not too surprised about it, but I did not getting greeted upon entering. Cashier was not welcoming at all as if she didn’t care about her customers but more engaged with her coworkers. No thank you or have a nice day when I checked out. It’s very sad that we pay these individuals to do a service for us. No smile or light conversation. Just take our money and sho us on our way. I don’t know but if you are a store manager of this store you need to teach your staff about customer service. That’s a big thing to most of your customers. Customer service is free and appreciated. Losing customers is what you need to strive not to do. Do better!!!

Why would y’all be resetting the store in the middle of the day. Can’t find anything and a lack of support with the cashiers.

Again this is one of the newer stores in Detroit and it’s kept very well clean the associates are very friendly and I love the wide variety Arts and crafts item that they have four little children and their teachers corner especially since I’m homeschooling my Preschooler, it’s very affordable to provide her with early learning materials. I really like the fact that they’re open early and stay open late.

This store has changed. Now they never have new or different products anymore. It’s stock has really been reduced and seems like there is no interest in keeping restocked but more like restocked whenever they get to it with no goals of having regularity. So now you get what you see (nothing ever in the back So don’t waste your own time even thinking to ask for someone to maybe ask about anything that is not already out or you can’t find after walking to look fit yourself.

A short 4 ft something lady was there and was extremely rude said she doesn’t answer questions from people like me, ( I was asking about the restrooms by the way)not sure if she meant because I’m a female or if I’m old or if it was because I was white but with her attitude and squawking at me the way she was I’m assuming it was a racist slur!!

They wouldn’t let my 70 yr old friend use the restroom even though they let someone else another customer they knew use it.. We have to treat our elderly better and your customers better and have a kinder attitude.

  1. I have been to the store when his first open and as usual when stores first open they are clean and fully stocked that has been over a year and a half ago when I went last Friday the shelves have been completely ravished there was very, Little stock on the shelves especially in the health and beauty I’ll there were literally only about 20 toothbrushes on the shelves mostly little children’s I didn’t expect for the store to look like it did but out of all of that the associates were very friendly and helpful. At least the bathroom was clean.

  2. Messy store but the staff is ok. I just wish they had time to clean the place. Hiring a stocker would improve this place. The stock person should be asked to not only stock but mop and clean doors and windows. Plus please get the bums from outside begging.

  3. On more than one occasion, I have stopped at this Dollar Tree and it was closed earlier than the stated closing time. I guess they are having staffing issues. Smh. Now, I just drive pass this one and go to the one on Beech and six mile

Update: 07/01/23 Went in there cause I was desperate otherwise, I would NEVER. I seen a man so fine and I mean fine working there. One extra star for that fine man.

  4. After church when I stop in the staff is nice and I can always fine what I need. But I guess they just dont have staff to clean the store. It seems like when I come in the store its a mess.
