The employees are always helpful and courteous. Lots of inventory to choose from, can’t beat $1.25 or even $5.00 for the most expensive. They have almost everything you need, except gas and cooked foods ?. Love this location!

Brought Grandsons to OKC from Waco TX to visit the science museum. We stopped here after! They did not greet us upon entering just frowned at us , one hollered at me because two green baskets had been sitting for 15 minutes that we had been standing there looking at toys so I told my grandson I would grab one to use and she came running from two isles over screaming at us that’s my baskets for damaged items I’m pulling ? my grandchildren got humiliated and I had to explain some people are just rude!!! Customer service is lacking if you aren’t a local it seems. When checking us out the cashier gave me dirty looks and said nothing before, while ringing me up , are after!

It’s always busy and most of the time the cashier are friendly. However, this area has large population of homeless individuals that hang around the business and most time they don’t really bother clients but there are times it makes me uneasy to enter the store.

This is the WORST Dollar Store in the state of Oklahoma, Panhandlers sit right outside the door begging for money and the manager doesn’t have enough sense to call the Police, also the cashier with the letter S in her first name should be fired immediately, extremely rude and has no business working at a cash register.

Store is much more organized now than it has been in the past. However the homeless that panhandle you as you walk out is getting out of hand

Store was clean and staff friendly. They had plenty of what I was looking for in Halloween decorations. Worth stopping in for a peek.

Do you mean, “one dollar and twenty five cent tree?” It’s always a horrible and messy store with items still in boxes unstocked and rude cashiers. It looks like Walmart is starting to corner the market on actual $1 items of the same caliber and better than dollar 25-cent tree. I predict the shutdown of the corporation within next two years. It’s that bad there, it’s a failing corporation going down.

Very rude female manager- older lady with attitude problems, standing at the door unlocking it for individual customers and letting us out because she’s rushing to close early. Mumbling about how hard her job is. Get a new job, ma’am. I’m not coming back to this location. Unnecessarily rude

Rude old black woman at the register with very short grey hair. If you don’t like your job then leave! Appears to be many complaints about people who chose this job. But it is Dollar Tree and minimum wage, you still chose it. Usually people who can’t get a job anywhere else apply here, they will take anyone.

Dollar Tree is what it is, inexpensive essentials. However that’s experience was unusually pleasant. A young lady (Kiki, I believe) was working and her energy was contagious. Not the annoying fake happy that you sometimes get. This was genuine, she was helpful and polite, all with a smile. I know I will revisit dollar tree and I hope that my next experience is as good as today’s.

5 Replies to 7 Dollar Tree Locations in Oklahoma City OK with Top-notch Reviews

  1. Twice now the self proclaimed store manager has singled my wife out about our children the moment my wife walks in the door. We have 3 children and are fostering 2 more all 5 and under. There is no reason anyone working for this place should be speaking unprofessionally towards their customers let alone a mother who is caring for 5 toddlers. If this is reminiscent of a story you have at this store, please leave more 1 star reviews so people know what the management is like here

  2. They shut the store down at 1pm today without explanation. Just bad way of doing business to get over the intercom and urgently rush shoppers out of the building the way they did. There were at the very least 10 or more customers in the building and the associates were turning more away as they were coming in. Very unprofessional and if it were an emergency it was unbeknown and definitely not handled appropriately.

The store looked immaculate though, probably one of the most organized locations I’ve ever seen. Would have been a lovely experience shopping there had we not been shewed to the registers. We’ll just shop at the one on 44th from now on, it may be messy but we’ve never been shewed out of the building.

  3. Do not come here came for a return I was not aware of no return policy she preceded to tell me that they only do exchanges and not returns and told me to read my recipe in a rude way then she said what do I need to exchange I proceeded to give her my bag and asked he if she was okay if she was mad then proceeded to tell me I’m being disrespectful by asking her since she already had an attitude and started it first then she proceeded to tell me to hurry up and go get what I’m gonna exchange in a rude manner so I told her she deos not need to be rude and claimed she was a Christian and that I was the disrespectful one that she don’t need to do this today every time I go I do always see her being rude to someone like the other day I came in she was arguing with someone about them not having garage sale signs when the poor lady had just asked and she was rude about that tooI proceeded to just leave the store because she was being really rude.

  4. It wasn’t crowded at 2 p.m. So I could explore the floors. So much eye catcher stuff. Loaded items couldn’t stop buying its good to take the amount of money you want to spend…or end up spending more than you really want ?! ? this place.
