a week agoDaniel the Chicago Bears fan did a great job! He was very knowledgeable on materials and workmanship of the sofas we were looking for. So we bought them even though he is a Bears fan. Amazing customer service. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Lue was very helpful and quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Ashley’s for great furniture and nice prices. I’d definitely return for more pieces of furniture 100%.
Today my wife and I walked in to Ashley furniture store on Airway, looking for a living room set. We were greeted by JR – salesperson & Loui – floor manager. We selected the set we liked and JR was able to expedite the paper work in less than 30 minutes. Literally we were there for about an hour. I love the fast service and selection they provided. We’ll definitely be back in the near future.
My wife and I came in the store a week ago to just browse. A salesman approached us gave us his name and just let us know if we need any assistance to just let him know. I said ok cool thanks. He actually meant it! He didn’t bother us, follow us around or tell us anything we didn’t ask. So we left after browsing. Since he made us feel so comfortable and not rushed we decided to go back and purchase our son his first toddler bed. I would definitely go back. They seem to understand how irritating it is to have someone following your every move when you’re trying to shop in peace. I can appreciate that.
Best part of are visit was no pressure. Omar was there to greet us and checked in with us periodically. He answered all our questions without any pressure to purchase anything. We actually let him know would think about it and he gave us his card and said to call him with any questions if any . We came back the next day and purchased are couches with Omar and it went flawless. Thank you for everything Omar.
Manuel was a great representative. Matias the store manager was also accommodating to me and my mother on finding a solution on an issue that arose. Matias M. could work on better addressing his elders however, I don’t really like the dryness and curtness he speaks with when his own associates ask him for assistance as if his own associates were a nuisance. I admire his knowledgeability but he could benefit from being more empathic to his employees.
Overall, I had a great experience and will be looking forward to receiving my furniture. I will update my review should any issues arise during the delivery in the next two weeks.
