    Great and easy experience! Eric was very kind and did not pressure to over sell… Respected our wishes. The manager Jerry I believe was very kind as well, and overheard our conversation with Eric and retained the information we had conveyed to Eric, which was a nice touch and showed that we mattered to them. The prices here really are incredible and cannot be beat. We shopped around multiple places, but this was by far the best. They don’t have sale prices, Their prices are just that good already. Free ice cream, coffee, and candy were a nice touch!

    I have ordered my sofa and chair and it will be here in only a matter of days. I want to give a shout-out to Regina at the Greenwood location for making us feel comfortable and welcome. No one bombarded us at the door which was nice and Regina kept a respectful distance while we browsed. We ultimately decided on over $4000 in furniture on this occasion and I left feeling confident about my purchase.

    4/3/23 I’m back! We are still THRILLED with our power leather furniture. Everything is working A+ and holding up under rigorous testing by our dogs. ?

    I will shop at Bob’s again in the future if the need arises.

    Anthony assisted me with purchasing my first couch set! He answered all my questions and I felt confident with the discussions I made. The couch set will be delivered and set up the day I move into my new place! Couldn’t get better than that! Also I didn’t have to pay all at once! That took a log of pressure off! Very happy and can’t wait to enjoy!

    Midwestern friends, NEVER use Bob’s Discount Furniture. After being very impressed with their service, delivery day was a disaster. The couch, which we were told came in pieces, did not come in pieces. The couch is one giant piece that cannot physically fit though any of the outside (or inside) doors of our apartment. Before you ask – yes we measured multiple times. Yes we asked all the right questions at the store. No, we currently do not have anything to sit on in our living room. It was not the delivery guys’ fault at all – neither of us were given information. We told the store we did not have an elevator, the store told them we did. We were told it came in two smaller pieces for ease of movement, it did not. I give the two stars to the customer service folks, who got the refund processed immediately.

    Bob’s Furniture is a great place to shop and buy furniture. The people who work there are very friendly. There is no pressure while you are shopping, and when you are ready to order they are very helpful and detailed. Anthony made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

    The delivery process was also a very pleasant experience. They showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They even took their shoes off as they were entering my house. They placed everything where I wanted it and cleaned up all of the trash.

    I will definitely be purchasing more furniture from them in the future!

    I was in yesterday with very little hope of getting approved/be able to finance. The new manager at this location and one of the employees Carlos were amazing! I was so impressed. It was very quick, they didn’t give up when I didn’t get approved the first couple times for a loan and finally got me approved and was very determined to help me get furniture I wanted! I love the new managers energy and confidence! It really put me at ease and felt like I was in great hands! He’s very passionate and good at what he does! I heard him make several comments about taking care of his staff and was determined to help them hit their goal! I was extremely happy leaving the store and will be returning if I ever need anything more!

    Let me start by saying my last experience with Ashley’s in ’21 was abysmal. So bad my wife had to convince me to just go through the store. Our trip on 9/2 completely made up for it. Carlos was excellent. He was attentive enough to help us out with questions, but not overbearing or looming over us. We ended up liking a sectional but weren’t prepared with measurement and had to run home to check. When we returned even though he was helping another customer he was still able to assist us quickly. We also talked with Luke. He was energetic and interactive. Whatever you’re doing at this store, keep it up!

    Was all good until a broken chair was delivered. Took a month and a half to get the part now I can’t get anyone to return my calls to get something done with the part. I’ve called the store and two different customer service numbers. Someone finally called and left a voicemail with a disconnected call back number.

    I had an exceptional experience with Luke and Jennifer at Ashley’s Home Furniture! They sold me a gorgeous couch and explained the fantastic benefits of the 5-year warranty. Moreover, they were incredibly helpful in offering an amazing 0% APR financing option for those in the market for a couch but tight on budget due to the current economy. Highly recommend them for their expertise and customer service! 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    The in store experience was average. Nothing above what I would expect. We put furniture on layaway because that was the only way to delay delivery date. When trying to make monthly payments was told I had to go in store each time and couldn’t be made over the phone, which was very time consuming. When it came time for delivery, I was given a delivery window of time of 3:15-6:15. Around 11am, I received message stating there was a driver who b didn’t show up for work and my delivery would be closer to the end of my delivery window. 6:15 came and went and when I called at 7pm, I first was told I wasn’t out of the delivery window time and then told they would call when on their way. When I asked for more specific time, the agent hung up on me. I called back and did speak to sometime very helpful, explained the situation and that I was not living at the house the furniture was being delivered and would need a 30 minute call ahead. I finally received a message at around 9:40pm that my driver was 30 minutes away and then the driver called a few minutes later stating he was only a few minutes away. I advised he would have to wait and when I got to delivery address (30 minutes later) he wasn’t even there. Finally by 10:45 our furniture was delivered and set up.

They went above and beyond to make sure that all of my items were put together properly functioning properly also managing to adjust the size of my furniture to get inside my apartment. The gentleman had went above and beyond. The two gentlemen that delivered my furniture I would insist on the to be available to deliver any future items I may purchase. They arrived on time. They had taken their time to make sure all the parts were available they had all of the necessary tools to make sure everything was functioning, they cleaned up their mess behind them when they were done exiting my home. They provided excellent high quality professional customer service and quality Care. Extremely professional and very efficient.

I was given two separate delivery times for my bedroom set delivery and the receptionists understood it wasn’t fair for me to sit at home all day so she reimbursed me for my delivery charge. Great customer service. I love the furniture I picked out the Vivian bedroom set. great quality so far and heavy. Hopefully I won’t have to buy any bedroom furniture for a while. As my old set did not last for 3 years from another furniture store. As you can see I didn’t know how I was going to position the furniture. But eventually moved it in the right places in the room.

  5. it was okay, the sales people seemed bored but were sweet. it was hard to get info I needed from the customer service desk. the showroom could be better presented considering how bored the associates looked, they were all on their phones in the front of the store , sitting around. in my free time at work I keep busy so maybe I just have higher standards for myself and my work. i asked for a card for the manager and he didn’t have any? i found it odd they didn’t wanna give me an email or a number to contact him. but he did get back to me after a couple days since i left my name and number. probably won’t buy from here but it’s nice to see the options they have
