2 weeks agoI went to Jerome’s to look for a dinning set and as I walked in the furniture store a sales person named Mo walked up to me and asked what I was looking for. He then directed me towards the area where the dinning tables were and allowed me to have time and space to check out the furniture on my own. I honestly felt very comfortable walking around on my own without someone on my back. Mo gave me just enough time for me to fully look around and then he walked over to me and politely asked if I had any questions. At that point he answered all my questions and made suggestions based on my needs. He seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great shopping experience. I would recommend shopping at Jerome’s in San Diego on Moreno Blvd.4 months agoWow great furniture selection and sales people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! Jerome’s on Morena Blvd near SeaWorld is beautiful!in the last weekFound my perfect sofa here! Marina was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient and helped us find the right sofa. Great selection available at good prices. Would highly recommend!3 months agoOrdered my sofa in early January and was told the item would be delivered by end of February/ early March at the latest. It was finally delivered on April 29th ( I moved into my home on February 17th). When I finally got it, half the sofa was missing and Christina, who has been absolutely NO help whatsoever has been a roadblock and a nightmare to deal with, initially told me I had ordered a completely different sofa until I texted her the pic of what was sitting in my living room. Now I find out it’s going to take ANOTHER 3 months to get the 2 remaining pieces, and the compensation that they have offered me is RIDICULOUS ($270 off a $2,000 sofa. They lie and lie and lie…and then give you the runaround AFTER THEY GET ALL YOUR MONEY. Take your business and hard earned cash somewhere else. Oh, and if you ask to speak to someone at corporate, they REFUSE to give you any corporate contacts.3 months agoGreat service, I was in and out same day with a new living room set and ottoman. Danny was super personable and friendly and I got a great deal. I recommend the protection plan, 4 years protection and they’ll come as many times a needed for ANY stain or rip. Love it.

The energy was positive and light and didn’t feel pressured by sales to have info thrown at me or purchase. The variety to choose from was more unique than other stores I visited. Sales Chantalle was so helpful and thorough when I did have questions. I ended up purchasing a lovely couch plus assembly and warrantee. I will return to buy accessories. Carlos the manager was great as well. I will def be back. My furniture will arrive tomorrow I’m sure the experience will match the hospitality I’ve already received.
Beautiful furniture store with options for whatever you’re looking for. Really is a massive store. Very high quality selection, and super friendly and helpful staff. We picked out mattresses and the staff goes through your every question to find the perfect fit, and there is next day delivery and installation! Definitely recommend, as in some furniture stores the staff really hounds you but here they let you breathe and aren’t all competing to get you to purchase everything. Stop by!
We love living spaces and the chevron rug that Kimberly helped us purchase. She was also very persuasive in having us buy the outrageously expensive padding and five year warranty protection. No regrets here though. She definitely had our best interest in mind. ?Plus, she fell in love with our miracle therapy dog, Muffy. A 2 1/2 year-old, 3 1/2 pound, teacup Pomeranian. Muffy was smitten with her.?
Kimberly deserves a huge bonus and a significant increase in her hourly wage. ?
We had the best experience! It was our first time shopping there. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. Kimberly was the best. She allowed us to roam freely and explore the showroom without being so aggressive. She gave us honest input and information on how the purchasing process worked and what our options were. We ended up buying a cabinet and coffee table and we’re so excited!!!
We came in knowing exactly what we needed, Craig, the customer service representative, did an amazing job at showing me and my family what we were looking for. Craig was so patient and was great at answering all of our questions. By far the quickest and easiest purchase I’ve ever made .
