a week ago9/16/23 @ 3:30pm Went to the garden center and was told I had to go through the store. Made no sense the plants I wanted are outside and all the gates were locked. The young man that was standing outside the gate told me if he open it for me he would have to open it for everyone. I guess they don’t want to sell flowers today. Then he got an attitude when I asked for his name told me to take a picture. Told him I didn’t need to. As I was leaving I heard him complaining about me to his manager. I drove to the Hermitage store and guess what? The garden center was open and I was able to shop both outside and inside the garden center without having to go through the entire store. And the garden staff there were wonderful. A young man even helped me reach two hanging baskets and offered to help me to my car with my plants/flowers. I always liked the Hermitage store but once I moved it was to far. Well after today I’ll return to the Hermitage store even if it’s a lot farther away. They know how to treat their customers.a month agoThe item count from their stock online versus in the store is as way off. The bay numbers aren’t in order on several isles making finding items confusing especially since it was hard to find an associate to help. This Home Depot only offers the military discount if you download the official app and then do the link me. Your military ID in person is not sufficient.4 weeks agoI’m so grateful for store manager Matt at the Antioch store. I encountered a very challenging situation that caused some difficulty, and as soon as he became aware, he stepped in and took action. I’m sure this type of problem won’t happen again due to his concern for customers, quick response and desire to always improve the customer experience…2 months agoNot a good experience so far. This was the 1st time I’ve spent over $1000 there during there so called sales event, and it will be the last. So on 7/11/23 I bought a washer and dryer, was told it would be delivered on 7/20, on the 7/19 got a message stating deliver won’t be until 8/17. On 7/20 I asked to be given another pair even the ones on the floor, was told that’s not possible. Bought another set that’s suppose to be delivered on 7/28?, did i mention the new set cost me an extra $100. Oh hear this, I payed over $1000 In cash the rest on a card. If I wanted a refund I would have to wait 10 days for a check and 5 days for the return on the card. Cash could not be returned because they don’t keep that much In the store. Wonder who does all that Bank running daily? Hourly? Or is it every half hour. Awaiting 7/28!a week agoI bought a fridge on Sep 5 and they set up the schedule delivery on Sep 12, but they didn’t show up. They rescheduled for Sep 19, but when I asked them to reschedule for Sep 20 they didn’t accept at all and said the next available appointment is on Sep 29. Customer Service is awful ?

2 weeks agoThe employees were very nice and friendly. They help me get supplies to fix up my house.a month agoThis the most horrific store I’ve ever been in. I’ve told myself a hundred times to never stop in briley pkwy as the whole store is full of incompetent people from top to bottom. Can never get a will call or delivery right. As to speak to a manager and it’s at least a 30 minute wait. If there is one store Home Depot should close this is the one and keep no one!!!! Not one person there has knowledge of any product!!!! If I could give less than one star it would be negative infinity!!!!2 years agoI found the holy Grail of home depot’s here!They had everything I needed in stock, from the paint I wanted, to the lumber and trim I needed. On top of that, they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. And bonus points for them allowing me to bring my dog in!
4 months agoDo not order flooring from Home Depot! I had laminate and carpet installed. Prior to ordering, I received daily calls asking me to pay and confirm. They made promises they didn’t keep, such as they will correct minor issues causing the floor to squeak before installing the carpet. When it wasn’t done, I called and was told they don’t do that. Even though they told me they would fix minor issues or let me know of major issues with the floor so I could fix it before the carpet was finished. Well, they told me they would go back and listen to the calls and call me back after offering me $50!!!! Guess what, they never called back. Not only that, the installers came to install the laminate and an entire box of supplies was not delivered to my home! Both installers and the delivery company complained about dealing with Home Depot’s flooring department. They lack integrity, harass you to book, and make promises they do not keep. I will never use them again for any service!2 years agoTraveling to Nashville, had to make a stop at The Home Depot.Clean store, clean parking lot.
If my checker would have been nice and in good spirits like the other checker, I would have given this store a 5 Star.

I needed a part to repair my toilet that would not stop running after being flushed. I discovered that I needed a new flapper. The store was organized by category with a header above each aisle that described the contents of the aisle. I was able to find plumbing very easily and once turning down the aisle it too was organized by category of plumbing parts/accessories. The store at 100 Oaks was well lit and clean. Unfortunately, I was not greeted nor asked if I needed help. I suppose the store was well organized to the point I was able to find what I needed…I call that a Catch 22 in a good way.
Home Depot always has great deals, especially online. Recently I had some items delivered for in store pickup.
The customer service experience was so outstanding that I had to make note of it.
Maggie was amazing! She was able to help me locate all of my packages and provide tracking on the yet undelivered items. Home Depot always has great employees, but Maggie definitely went above and beyond and should be noted for her exceptional attitude.
Michelle H in customer service was wonderful. I had purchased some shades earlier in the day and noticed that the pricing didn’t add up correctly so I brought my receipt back and Michelle H went above and beyond making everything right. She was very courteous and polite. I left there feeling good. She made my experience a pleasant one. There should be more people like her working customer service. Thank you Michelle!
This place is the worst about getting in touch with someone via phone. I’m an hour, plus away from this store where I designed cabinets, had someone come measure. No one answers the extension I was given. The call is redirected to somewhere else, where someone answers and forwards me to another extension, to where no one answers. Then someone picks up the phone after being redirected again, they dont answer and either hangs up or redirects me again. Eventually it rings so much that either the call disconnects or someone picks up the line to which the call is redirected to and they hang up.
The 2nd time I tried calling, you could hear someone pick up the phone. They didn’t answer, just forwarded me along to somewhere else
This Home Depot is just off Gallatin right by Briley Parkway making it super easy to access for Inglewood and nearby areas
The store has a wide selection of products, from lumber and appliances to tools and hardware. Staff here is pretty spread out but friendly. Checkout though is really rough just self checkout mostly maybe one person at a register and if a contractor is checking out be prepared to wait.
Overall you get a super wide selection of products and their prices are good Just be prepared for crowds and noise, and be patient at checkout. I prefer some local places like Ace Hardware or Cumberland hardware for specific needs or quick stops but it’s hard to beat this location for general resupply of your workshop getting hard to find items and for lumber.
