in the last weekApril is a great manager. I was doing a curbside pickup order as I had my son with me in the car, and I was waiting for a long while. I went in and she promptly helped me. She informed me that they did not have a person there that day responsible for curbside pickup orders. Rest assured the store had a ton of employees working, just the person that does curbside was off that day. That, I understand. And April the manager was very understanding of how this inconvenienced me and fixed the problem. Tom was an amazing store employee too. He helped take my order out curbside despite this not being his exact role at Lowe’s.3 weeks agoOrdered a w/d set to be delivered. All is good until delivery date & only the dryer shows. No word from Lowe’s to inform us on the change. We have to call. Days later the washer finally arrives but without hoses. We again have to call. Another couple days later & the hoses arrive but not the steaming hose we paid extra for. It will be 4 delivery days now for what should have been a 1 day thing. No consideration of the customers time or about doing a job correctly. Oh, for all this inconvenience, they waived the $79 delivery ? We REALLY need more options than big box stores.6 months agoNot cool Lowe’s. Walking in it’s pretty clear you’re attempting to post your hours so they are known to the general public. But on a night when I needed a last minute supply for a project, things aren’t as accurate as I would have thought…2 weeks agoIt’s difficult to get someone on the phone. When I was able to get someone at the pro desk for a question, 9/14./23 at 11:54am, instead of giving me a simple yes or no answer they transferred me. When I called back they hung up twice. It’s less frustrating to go to Home Depot or Menards. This is not bad customer service, it is ignoring customers.2 months agoMislabeled and misleading. No one cared. Lowe’s is turning into the Walmart of home improvement storesWaited over 15 minutes at the paint desk and no one ever came… Customer service kept calling. Who is in charge of this store?! It’s gotten so bad in the past 4 years

a year agoI needed window glass and I checked online and found the right size I wanted, when I went to the store and located the glass I requested assistance because it was employees’ only zone and waited for over 20 minutes pressing the “need assistance button” and the announcement went over 30 times but no one showed up!!!Went to the customer service desk and asked for help, they paged again and kept waiting till help came.
Finally someone showed up, She was very nice and said the glass showing in stock was damaged and the system didn’t take the changes.
Asked to order custom glass and she took my information promising to contact me next day after she call the company to get me a quote but waited for a week and nothing received.
Other than that You can find everything here and the store is good.
3 months agoUpdate: I went again and found the staff super helpful. There didn’t seem to be many staff around, but it wasn’t terribly difficult to find help. The staff answered my questions and guided me to what I needed.The store is well organized and has most anything you might want. It seems like the have too few workers and it can be difficult to find help. I was buying some new faucet shut off vales and got lucky and found a knowledgeable person to help. I’ve been here many times and would have to say once I find help I get good answers. This isn’t a concern about the quality of helpers but about them having enough.
2 months agoI ordered two items online, one was in stock and the other item was out of stock. I ended up purchasing the in stock item somewhere else because after 2 days they still hadn’t picked my item off the shelf. I was notified on day three that my item was available for pick up.I chose not to pick it up since I had already found the item elsewhere. The email stated that if I didn’t pick it up it up within a certain time frame the order would be canceled and I would receive a refund.
After waiting a month and a half for a refund, I still hasn’t received it on my credit card statement. Unless you enjoy waiting an hour on the phone, the one 800 number is next to impossible to get a hold of someone. After speaking with someone at the store directly, they were able to resolve my issue.
I would advise others to check their credit card statement if you do not pick up an online order. Unlike most merchants, there is no barcode on the email attached to your order for them to scan when picking up.
2 months agoSo, I order a clothes dryer on line for pick up in 3 hours. Very deceiving. They charge my credit card, but the only dryer they have is the floor sample and they won’t sell that. So they sold me a dryer that they didn’t have and didn’t see the need to tell me they didn’t have. So, I drive to the store to pick up the dryer, and now they tell me it doesn’t exist. This is not acceptable.a month agoI got there at 2pm picked out the refrigerator I wanted went to the desk and was told she would call Anthony and he would be right there to help. I waited and waited and waited no Anthony….finally (Anthony) came around the corner with another customer and said I’ll be right with you. I said ok. I continued to wait and wait then nothing. I look up and (Anthony) is helping someone else. I said I’ve been waiting and (Anthony) gonna say this lady was here before you…no tf she wasn’t!!!!! I went and got help elsewhere. I decided I needed a new toilet, I went to that department, no one around! I waited and waited and waited…no one showed up! I walked to a different aisle and saw a worker. I asked her could she call someone to come help me in the toilet section, she did. Again I waited waited and waited…no one came. I finally saw someone (James) who looked like he could help. I told him what I wanted, he scanned the item, took me to a desk where another lady was sitting. Him and her asked me questions as they were typing my information in. After about 30mins sitting at the desk with them giving them information the lady said we are all done here. All you have to do now is give them your number at the checkout and they can pull you up, you pay and then wait for the delivery! I said great!!! I went to the front cashier, they put my number in and……NOTHING!! WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY BACK THERE TYPING IN THE SYSTEM!!! LOWES HAS DEFINITELY FAILED!!!!

I am shocked how hard it is to get a hold of someone on the phone WILLING to help you at all. And the times they put you on hold and the waiting time are absolutely ridiculous! From all the people who I talked to, and put me on hold, this girl (STEPHANIE) who FINALLY was able to get me a manager, super helpful girl! She finally got me to the sales manager and was able to find a solution, (not the solution I needed) but at least all my questions and concerns were answered. They got the rest of my order canceled because they didn’t have in stock what I needed (although they told me they did when i made the order 3 WEEKS earlier) which was kind of upsetting because this was for a job I was doing. I do advise them to check that they do have what you need in stock before purchasing, because to get someone to help afterwards is a hassle and a headache. And to be honest some of these people get rude and have an attitude.
This place today was extraordinarily fast and convenient. I had just picked up some flowers and some mulch and I went in there and paid for at the register in the flowers department and the guy had me to go over to the pick up area to pick up my mulch. For the team It was a great job.
Lowes has such a wide variety that it makes it close to a one stop shop. And it’s not just having the supplies you need as an example, paint, but employees that are knowledgeable and can answer your questions and give you advise. They are very friendly, professional and efficient.

they do not respect the offers they have on the items.
I was trying to get a vacuum cleaner and they didn’t honor the offer price. The model number was the same but they still didn’t honor it. and the manager just said no. he didn’t even take the time to see what was the problem.

Went in to do a simple exchange of a faulty tool and was told that the drain machine (snake) was too dirty and that it must be old…….excuse me but you do realize that I was cleaning out waste lines with it and they get very nasty and dirty the very first-time you use them. I was treated very rudely by the woman at the return desk like I was some crack head trying to get money or something I simply wanted another machine because that one was faulty but thanks for making me feel less than when I’m sure you’ve never even had to operate this piece of equipment let alone know what the condition of said tool would be when used.
