2 months agoDo not use this Raymore!!! Ordered over $3000 worth of furniture and the delivery drivers did substantial damage to my walls. I asked them to take the legs off the couch before they brought it in and they said it would be fine. It wasn’t… the most disappointing part was the run around and silent treatment from the customer service. Refused refund me for the delivery and compensation for the damages. When my pregnant wife wouldn’t sign for the delivery (due to the damages) they left without putting our front door back on the hinges. It’s been over a month from the delivery and they’ve officially cut all communication with me as I’m trying to get this resolved.a week agoMike is fantastic, he listened to my needs and preferences, provided smart guidance. It was like I had my own design consultant. Great customer service. Nice selections. I got in and out in 20 minutes! I wish all purchases were as smooth and as frictionless.2 weeks agoWe bought a new sofa from R&F after a recommendation from a family member. We were helped by Deena, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also met Frank, the manager, and he was incredibly professional and personable as we decided on our new sofa. They had it delivered within a week and the delivery team was fantastic. They had it in our home and assembled in less than 10 minutes. The delivery team was very nice and courteous.
We LOVE our new Briarwood sofa. It’s comfy and cozy with nice, deep cushions and plenty of throw pillows. Thanks to the R&F for making our experience of buying a sofa a great one!
a month agoMy experience at this location would not have been memorable if it wasn’t for our sales rep Justin Bruno. Justin took time and stayed with us after his shift ended to help us pick out our bed (it was a long process?). After going back and forth, we decided on a firm temperpedic Mattress with the adjuster…. Justin had the bed delivered within 24 hours of purchase, the team came in and set it up with no problems. But this isn’t the reason for the review. Justin kept constant communications with us, checking in 1x per week to ensure we are happy with our purchase…. I’m glad he did because at the time, we were living in 2 condos. My girlfriend had been sleeping in the bed before i made the move. After i slept in it, i regretted my purchase…. I voiced my concerns with Justin. Justin asked what we would like… and yet again, he delivers. We now have our softer bed being swapped out @ not additional charge and no hassle. Justin kept control of the situation and made the swap easy for us. He did everything… we did not have to call the store, deal with customer service etc etc. Justin handled everything as if he was our concierge…. the sale was over, he made his commissions. He did not have to do this, but he did. This is A++ customer service. Thank you Justin.– Sarah & Bryan
a month agoWe came to Raymour looking for furniture and our experience was great because Yusuf was amazing!!! He was knowledgeable and let us look around without feeling like we were being sold anything. He was really great and I would definitely use him again. It was a great overall experience

2 months agoHorrible experience. My bed was delivered with no legs the first day and I had to wait another day for the delivery to be completed. They also didn’t inform me that they don’t take the trash and boxes out of your house. Late delivery and I switched to a smaller bed, but I didn’t get a refund for the difference. My dining room table is missing screws and the chairs are not put together correctly. Thoroughly disappointed.a week agoOne of the best furniture shopping experience ever! They were patient, helpful and gave us a great price and great furniture to help make our house a home! Nasir was amazing and I will tell everyone to go NO OTHER PLACE but to Furniture Mecca!!in the last weekNasir at Furniture Mecca is the absolute best. Will be back for more business3 months agoCame in here and was astonished by how big the the furniture store is and more importantly, astonished by how many good quality options of furniture they had. We came in search of a dresser and the gentleman we interacted with showed us a lot of options including clearance options. When we were ready to select our option, it was a quick process to order, pay.. we were in and out in a short period of time. I would highly recommend Furniture Mecca for all your furniture needs, the staff is nice, the products are good quality and I don’t believe you will regret it.

How to Shop Smart at Furniture Store Philadelphia PA: A Quick Tutorial
Shopping at a furniture store can be an overwhelming experience, especially if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. However, with a few simple guidelines, you can navigate your way through the store and find the perfect furniture pieces for your home.
Here are some tips to help you shop at a furniture store:
- Measure your space: Before you head to the furniture store, take measurements of the space where you plan to place the furniture. This will help you determine the size and scale of the furniture pieces you need.
- Set a budget: Determine how much you’re willing to spend on furniture. This will help you narrow down your choices and prevent overspending.
- Research styles and trends: Look online or flip through home design magazines to get inspiration and familiarize yourself with different furniture styles and trends. This will make it easier to narrow down your choices and find furniture that matches your personal style.
- Consider functionality: Think about how you plan to use the furniture. Will it be purely decorative or do you need it to serve a specific purpose? This will help you choose furniture that meets your needs.
- Test the furniture: Take the time to sit on sofas, chairs, and mattresses to test their comfort levels. This will ensure that you choose furniture that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also comfortable.
- Ask questions: Don’t hesitate to ask the salesperson any questions you may have about the furniture. They can provide valuable information about the materials used, construction, and maintenance of the furniture.
- Check for warranties: Inquire about warranties or guarantees offered by the furniture store. This will give you peace of mind knowing that you’re protected if anything goes wrong with your purchase.
- Compare prices: Visit multiple furniture stores and compare prices to ensure you’re getting the best deal. You can also check online retailers for competitive pricing.
By following these guidelines, you’ll be well-equipped to shop at a furniture store and find the perfect pieces to enhance your home.
