5/5 stars. Seriously such good employees it’s worth noting! Loved this. – The place is helpfully overstaffed and delightfully full of everything you’ll need. Not a massive focus on power tools, but for 90% of stuff you’ll be covered. Contractors can go elsewhere for bulk/larger stuff.

Lots of adhesives, drill bits and sockets, paint, plumbing, odds/ends – perfect for home repair!

Outstanding customer service. Every time I have come here they’ve had what I needed at a fair price. They go above and beyond to help and make sure you understand what you’re buying and how to use it.

My all time favorite hardware store. Everyone is so helpful (and not condescending) and they’re stocked with everything you could need.

These folks are the best. Anytime I go and ask, “do you have…” the answer is almost always yes, and if it’s not, they have helpful suggestions. I greatly appreciate that I haven’t ever experienced “mansplaining” at this store!

Such kind and helpful people. Both times I’ve gone, they have run around the store to find me everything I needed, and even opened merchandise to check if it was the right size for what I wanted.

It has decent prices for items you need on the spot. The employees obviously have some sort of disdain for locals though and it shows with their tone – which can be reasonable considering they’re a hardware store in the city so I’m sure they must get a lot of “blinker fluid” questions, but if they hate answering questions so much they should just stay behind the counter and stop offering to answer questions when asked for directions to an item’s location.

Makes no sense if they’re just going to be arrogant about simple household items – you guys aren’t selling diamonds.

Great hardware store, they have everything I need. Some items I would only buy in a pinch because they’re a little pricey, but I do try to support local stores over the behemoth retailer we won’t mention! That being said, I love shopping here. Lots of products that are hard to find elsewhere, like Zepp grout whitener (great, heavy duty, tile cleaner), Rainex, etc. A plethora of cleaning products I use sparingly, but don’t want to wait for. They have all the usual hardware, I needed an adapter for my garden hose. Friendly and helpful staff, couldn’t be better. I wish I had money to shop, I love hardware. I’d stop if I didn’t need anything.

Very Ignorant! The employee with the long hair asked my husband to leave n not come back bc he called a racist. He is a racist! Sold me & my husband a faucet for the tub. But it didn’t fit. When my husband returned it, the employee said “it figures”. Tho it was his fault it was his fault, we gt the wrong size. He charged $20. Went to another hardware store and the same faucet was $8.50 Too expensive also.

  1. I just happened upon this store while going to the post office across the street!

There were plants outside that caught my attention! Needless to say I ended up getting 2 plants and pots for the plants. Very reasonable prices! I’ve been to other plant stores and paid well over $40 for 2 plants and pots. I was able to get 2 plants and 2 pots with saucers for $20.

The store was well stocked and much larger than I expected. All of the staff that I encounter were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience. I will return!

  2. I just purchased my first tree ever and the young man and woman who helped my brother and I were perfect. Super sincere workers, quickly helped and gave good information. Definitely coming back in the future

  3. Update:
I always come back after a good experience to make sure I left a good review. They always ensure you get the right items, always incredibly helpful. Great customer service, highly recommend over a big box store where the billion bolts on the wall are daunting. They’ll recommend alternative solutions and other things so you’re prepared for any complications that arise. If you’re looking for a soulless big box store, where maybe you’ll save a buck or two, that’s if you have the right tool and parts for the job, look elsewhere. Management should be proud of the customer experience they ensure as their staff is A1, and so should the staff. They’ve never left me with a bad impression.

The staff is friendly and excellent always making sure you come out with the correct tools, and sometimes a tool you weren’t looking for but is actually the correct tool for the job. I came in the first time not exactly sure what I needed(prepared to spend the big bucks to get the recommended tool from online; whereas other stores may be content overselling and leaving me unprepared for the task at hand), turned out after some help a staff member figured exactly what I needed and I ended up spending only $6 to fix my problem. Went in there for a pick up tool, adapter heads, feeler gauges and a few other things to work on a larger project and with the help I had everything I needed within 10 minutes. Really can’t recommend more.

  4. Quality of fresh plant material selection tends to be limited, but I still appreciate having a local-owned, nearby hardware store with reasonable amenities and tools sets available for purchase.

  5. We were visiting from out of town and needed a few odds and ends for a friends rooftop potted garden. They were so nice, so friendly, got exactly what I needed. This place has SO MUCH STUFF! Highly recommend!
