Just came in to grab a shirt for me and my son and the experience has been uncomfortable. The loss prevention guy keeps walking up to every black person in the store asking do they have anything in their pockets seems a little weird and uncomfortable as a black shopper as a black customer as a black man Get it right Ross!!!!!! Won’t be back to this location for a while…..

I went here looking for cheap electronics. Looking for an older USB cord. Sadly, their electronics section had a pretty slim selection. TJ would be a better bet.

I usually don’t shop at Ross. But I was in need of some storage boxes. I found 3 decorative boxes that look like books on your bookshelf. A large, medium and small size. They were very reasonably priced. But the rest of the home goods area was almost bare and really picked over. The clothes were priced at a good deal but because of the way there organized , patience is the key to finding the item and size your looking for. The security guard was very polite and friendly. He said hello when I first entered the store and kindly offered me a shopping cart. I was so shocked when he offered me the shopping cart, I stood there for a few seconds speechless until my mouth caught up with my brain. lol The check out line was long but the cashiers were quickly checking people out. So I guess I could say I had a good shopping experience, I just wish there were more items to choose from. I do plan on shopping here again.

This lotion saved my feet after being so dried and cracked. I noticed the difference from the first time I used over night. I file a few days later. Saved my feet. Now soft and smooth.

Staffing is always on top of it. Tonight was very busy and still the staff was great, helpful, kind, efficient. Prices are hard to beat. Purchased grandson new wardrobe, including shoes, plus a thing or two for me and was less $$ than I thought it would be.

Worst Ross ever! Was almost overcharged and even when I spoke up about it I was told “boys shirts cost $9.99”. So my challenge question was what about my shirt was different from the other “champion” shirts that only cost $5.99. It isn’t the point that it’s a few bucks more- it’s the point that when you are serving consumers you would think that fair pricing and not just the answer that requires the least work would be the goal. Then the security guard came to me in a hostile manner asking me if I had an issue and what that issue was. I attempted to explain but she was so hell bent on me being in the wrong that she wouldn’t allow me to even answer back. I then went to go grab multiple shirts that were of the same brand all of which were cheaper by about $5.00. I didn’t get an apology for attempting to over charge me. I also did Not get an apology for the security criminalizing me and making me feel like I was in the wrong. The customer service industry is trash and as a Sr. HR Manager I was appalled by the way I was treated. They deserve to be held accountable- additionally, my 9 year old daughter was messing with the small circular clips that go on hangers for sizing purposes. As I am walking out, the door she accused my daughter of stealing those plastic clips. I was baffled, and honestly it felt like being in the twilight zone. I have seriously never been treated so poorly in my life; and in front of my children? Not okay and accountability must happen or people get away with treating people like this. I attached a photo of the security guard in hopes that all of you can avoid crossing her path and interacting with her because she is terrible. My daughter literally cried because she didn’t understand why she would be accused of stealing.

They really need to hire more employees! This place was an absolute disaster! It’s an embarrassment to Stapleton. I’d be embarrassed if I work there! I enjoy shopping at Ross, the one off of Colorado Boulevard is always clean and tidy. This one off of Quebec was absolutely trashed! I’ll pray for you guys, you definitely need it! God bless!

  1. Seemed like no one had organized tge place in years. Most racks had all different stuff on them from throughout the store. Some shelf were empty and others were piled so high.

  2. I wanted to find a new dress at the Ross Dress for Less store. When I entered the store and asked for shopping assistance I was told that the store does not provide shopping assistance for anyone anymore. I was told that if I needed assistance shopping because I am blind that I would need to bring my own personal shopper in with me. They stated that they could not provide personal help due to limited staffing. I guess I can’t “Dress for Less” as a blind woman without it costing the price of a personal shopper.

  3. I went to find ladies tops on sale. I like the t shirts. I found two for the price of one. I don’t care for the pants , or intimate wear, because I am a full figure person. I like the carry on luggage, and I got lucky and found some good Bluetooth headphones and skull candy ear buds. I got checked out in about ten minutes. So I like getting in and out of the quickly.

  4. Great store had a lot of really nice product products and what was crazy is that I ended up getting a lot nicer name-brand shirts an able to find the black shirts that I needed for work whereas when I went to Walmart not only did they not have proper shirts of high-quality like I got there they were of a different color not quite black and wouldn’t have really worked and they were twice the price and that is no joke pretty crazy don’t be think don’t think I’ll be doing so much shopping at Wal-Mart no more I had enough left over to get a fancy bottle of perfume

  5. The worst service ever, especially from rude tiny girl in the jewelry rack. She does not know how to serve sellers and is not interested in selling goods. She would better to learn how to be polite and intelligent! People like this have no place in customer service
