Female pharmacist wouldn’t listen to reason or give a reason for decission. Pharmacist was rude and abrupt! My request has been allowed by a senior pharmacist on prior purchases. 2 years agoHaven’t actually been here yet cause they didn’t have exactly what I needed but their fast messaging system on Google helped me to save time and go elsewhere. I would highly recommend using it before visiting as they can have your prescriptions ready as soon as you walk in, or at least let you know that they’re not yet available.2 years agoWHY THIS WHERE MY. Refused to fill my script over a clerical error that I knew nothing about, of which they had a week to tell me. Was screamed at by the owner for daring to ask a question about it and gaslit by one of the managers for daring to raise a complaint. Horrible experience.
Edit: for the reply. Nice try lying. You told me multiple times to go elsewhere. You told me that you would not look at the paperwork I sent. Furthermore, diffusing the situation? Telling me to go elsewhere and that you couldn’t look at my documentation and then at the end of the phone call, you outright said you wouldn’t fill my script.
So nice try lying.
Refused to fill a prescription for a disabled person over a clerical error. when asked for details screamed over the phone and hung up.
Took three days to find out what the issue was at which point they blamed the customer for not knowing what they did not tell them. They fired the customer after trying to make the customer feel bad for the person on the phone HAVING TO LISTEN TO AND TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

you gave no detail as to why there was an issue, you only said “wrong paperwork, You need to fix it” you did not specify what was wrong only that there were 19 items you did not have time to go through.
