a month agoWalmart is great store , it dose have everthing , but i had aproblem with one of the employees, i had 3 things in my basket , i decided to check out near of the electronics, there was in old guy that wasnt happy to check me out , he said he is late to his lunch and the time was 11.54 , i told him iam gona stay tell some. One else to check me out , some one else cam behind me waiting so the employee decided to take him becuse he had a printer, i askit him to call his supervisor , he decided to ignore me what so ever , i only had 3 things in basket , after 15 minu waiting some one with black tea shirt i start talking too , he didnt even care , he said i will talk to him , he didnt know i got insulted or this employee racist , walmart management can check the camera was on top of him , itis not right to treat people like that or treat me like that , i would avoide this employee2 months agoI go to many walmarts, but this one has been the most undesirable. Overcrowded and took 15 min to get checked out. All the lines were backed up. I get the busy part but not having enough check out ppl.in the last weekThe way the staff here default to treating their customers as thief’s makes me not want to go to Walmart for a good while. I went through the self-checkout and didn’t grab my receipt because I thought I wouldn’t need it having only grabbed a few items. The receipt checker stopped me, I had 4 items and told him I hadn’t grabbed the receipt. He physically prevented me from leaving blocking me from the exit. I went back to where I checked out and found my receipt on the floor. When I gave it to him, he acted like he was about to bust me, like I was a criminal and he had caught me. So whack and embarrassing I just didn’t know I was required to grab my receipt! Defaulting to treating your customers as criminals is awful, and preventing someone because they didn’t pick up their receipt felt like crossing the line.Just because you have a problem with shoplifting, doesn’t give you the right to treat people like that.
This was this past Saturday, September 23rd around the middle of the day.

The older man at the door checking receipts didnt believe that my phone was in my car for him to check the receipt so he basically called me a thief, I told him to have the security who was standing near by to follow me to my vehicle but I guess then that would mean he would have to apologize for his rudenessa week agoAst manger working 9/23 was rude and hung up on me after they failed to fulfill a W+ delivery and got caught in several lies. I tried to call back and they wouldn’t pick up. Wouldn’t go to this store if paid but products where in stock at this location. Will be cancelling my W+ delivery acc due to rudeness and lack of customer service. Stop choosing jobs you obviously cant do correctly. Will be escalating complaint.a month agoI went there last week with my mom. We were paying for our things and we went through regular checkout. As we were exiting, the security person asked for our receipt even though we weren’t going through self checkout. They then continued to check everything very specifically and lifted up the boxes of diapers we had out of our cart to check for the serial number. After about 1 minute of standing there as they checked our receipt, they let us go. As we were standing in the way of the exit we caused a line. The security person then let everyone else behind us leave without checking their receipt the way they did to us. This service deserves 1 star.2 months agoI don’t know if there’s any understand for the customer service. I asked one worker lady about 1 creme her friend who was with her checking theirs phones answer “go to 13” I can understand section 13 but where is the creme!!!!! Until pharmacy helped moreover the workers whose inspect items I pretty sure no ideas

Incredibly super exciting-I, cannot wait, to visit again. This Super Walmart, is the most fun-ever, since my last visit, to: Super Walmarts, in, Mexico City, MX. I, was jittery from all of the intense, stimulation. I, definitely got the: “Shivers” shopping here. Prices were fair. Customer service, was kind, and I located, everything I needed. I, cannot wait, to return-for, another visit!
I am giving it one star let it go 1 star because I went on a Saturday evening and it was a little busy but that wasn’t the problem they had absolutely nothing in the clothing department for men’s or women’s it was disgraceful I could not find Anything that you normally should be able to find an uploading section at a was a Mess Then I went to pay and 2 of the machines I went to Did not take cash each time having to wait in line finally I’m trying to talk to somebody asking where I can pay cash and 2 workers literally just stare at me like I’m speaking a different language because I was they did not understand English at all and finally after waiting in a third line finding a place I could pay cash. Another thing that bothered me was when I got out of the changing room the woman had taken my carriage that I placed to the side that had things in it and when I asked about it again she could not understand what I was saying because she did not understand English but why would you take a carriage next to a dressing room with stuff in it when there’s someone in the dressing room maybe it’s their stuff and trying to walk around the place People are so rude you can’t even go around the corner without somebody crashing into you.
Seemed understaffed, but the store was stocked and clean. I don’t know if Walmart is hiring less humans because of app check out, (which you need a cashier to approve anyway, so your still waiting in line) but very few registers open at 5pm on Tuesday. 2 cashiers only. The man in the front of the store was very helpful, knew where items were, and also said ” have a good night” on the way out. Very pleasant
Also, the younger worker in the produce isle was helpful and courteous. He also knew where I could find specific products. The cashier wasn’t too friendly, but with 6 people waiting to cash out I don’t blame her. Pretty good Walmart
Went there food shopping went to the self check out. The lady even helped us with something and then the minute we started leaving. They looked at my receipt which was good. Then they started to go into my bag. Look at everything and take pictures all to find that I paid for everything I will never go there again for the harassment I received.
Visited Walmart Supercenter in Saugus. The parking space was good enough and had enough space for vehicles and vehicular movements.
The store has an elevator and stair case. The store is accessible and disable friendly. The store is wheelchair accessible.
The store is really a supercenter with lots of lines for various items.
I enjoyed myself shopping here. The staff are not all too nice. Some are supportive and friendly, and some are there angry with work and customers.
Overall, I love the supercentre and will recommend this store to anyone to shop and widow shop.
