Appreciate you always looking after me!!2 weeks agoI’ve been taking my car for services at Mr. mechanical for a few years.There have been two instances that make me think they’re a genuinely good bunch. Full disclosure, I could just be dumb.
1) I was taking my car in for a lot book service. I had noticed earlier that my breaks were starting to squeak, but did not mention it. They said my break pads were glazed and could use replacing. The fact they sqeauked made me believe this. They’d never previously tried to sell me anything additional before
2) I had a master warning light turn on. Took it in and they were able to look into it same day. My stupid Mazda i-start battery dies again. Both timeline and prove lined up with what I’d paid previously and lasted about as long.
Overall, I’ve never felt cheated and am happy to take my car here. Staff is also lovely.
a week agoJust before Christmas lost aircon rang on the off chance I might get a service. They just said come right now and we will do the job and yes they did, Very grateful and not expensive. The staff were friendly and extremely courteous. They went far beyond what was expected from them by personally taking me home while they repaired my car and then returning to pick me up to retrieve my car once it was repaired. Auto services are excellent, thank you Keenan for looking after my car for me today. From drop off to pick up and everything in between, it was amazing. The staff are super polite, they make sure your car is clean (some other places will get grease over everything) and they even walk you to the car!!
God I remember this place as a kid my father always filled up here when were on holidays myself had a tyre puncture in my sigma back in 1983 and never got charged !!! Great guys !! Their the best!
sent my misses here to get a puncture in tyre sorted and one bloke gave receipt to her and told her his number was at the bottom incase she ever wanted to go out sometime.
Bloke was triple her age, completely unprofessional, run a mechanic not a speed dating opportunity.
Scotty at Brians Auto Care is the definition of a wonderful human. I went in needing petrol and not only did he fix my petrol cap, wash my windscreen and fill up the petrol he offered me great recommendations for air con, detailing and helped me understand what I can do to sell my car. (I had lots of questions). He did all this within 5 or so minutes! He’s super friendly and you can tell he cares. He makes it an experience and I left feeling so happy. Scotty went above and beyond and I’ll be making sure I go back to Brians in the hope that I get to see him there everytime! Thanks Scotty!
