And I can tell their after sales service is fantastic. If I didn’t already have my own mechanic. I would definitely be using them.a month agoI’ve never been in that state of mind after receiving a bad new, and this thanks to Marks Mechanics.After the inspection and assessment in less than 24 hours, Greg informed me that fixing my car would be too expensive and it didn’t worth. whereas he could have though about profitability only for him ..
after giving me options, Greg and Tracy made this moment less unpleasant with little things as simple as a bottle of water and even an ice cream.

6 months agoReally great experience from start to finish. We had our van serviced and the guy who dealt with us (possibly Mark?) was friendly and professional. As we live (and are travelling) in our van, he made sure the service was done in good time and was just a pleasure to deal with in terms of answering any questions and giving great advice. Considering the average fitting time of 10min/tyre and 10min for wheel alignment I’ve waited 2.5HOURS despite an appointment booking. This happened for a second time in a row and is unacceptable. Furthermore, the were brownie crumbles all over the passenger seat, the floor, mid console and even the dashboard left behind by a staff member (photos were taken) which is very unprofessional and careless!!! I have never experienced anything like this before! Surely, will not recommend this store and I’ll ensure people are aware of their work practices. I’m not going to visit this particular store in the future again.
My car went wrong on my way from Cairns to Brisbane and they had me back on the road by the morning! Exceptional service throughout and they even did it a little cheaper than quoted! Thanks to everyone at Jax Townsville especially Lindon and Jeff 🙂
