a month agoMy car was booked in here last Friday, and they alleged to have checked fuses, electrics, to find a central locking problem. $218 later nothing fixed so had to rebook, my husband looked at fuses and low and behold there was a fuse that needed replacing, fuse replaced and central locking was fixed. This was fed back to the company and a refund was requested, they offered a credit to pay for any future work that is required, we advised we do not trust them to do what they say they will in relation to any further work. Hence nothing else was offered, I sent them an email and guess what no response from then. I have contacted the office of fair trading and they will continue to communicate. Not happy at all with this unprofessional company.a month agoGreat service rang couple weeks before explained problem ,they organised to get another compressor and kit to link ,fitted it all up super neat job5 months agoI went in with a diagnoses asking if they could source the part or fix he original, but titan insisted they diagnose the issue an would only tank an hour. So i received a call saying it not the ABS module and the problem was the wheel speed sencors, I said okay get a me a price.I get a call 3 days later “actully after more investigation meanwhile they didint have the car i did” ABS modules are common we think its that and that will be will 1500 to send away and get fixed and also charged me over $400 for thediagnoses 3.5 hours to chuck on a scan tool.
So I ended up sending it away my self and got it fixed for half the prices an it was that.
Recently went to aces $60 For a diagnoses
a year agoHad problems with electrical wiring in caravan and phoned for assistance. Advised they were booked up for 6 weeks but to come down the next day at 10am. Confirmed by text. On arrival came straight over and found the problem and fixed it. Amazingly obliging and helpful. Highly recommend without reservation.a year agoI highly recommend Titan to anyone, my Wife’s car the alternator went, although they were booked out for 2 weeks, they kindly help me out of the situation and fitted me in, was completed within a couple of days, much appreciate you guy’s for a well done job.

Ive had 2 services from GMW, I went to them after moving to town and reading reviews. First service went off without a hitch, after second service they recommended some extra repairs including some issues with the lights which I also got done. The day after paying a couple grand for the various repairs, one of headlights died which I initially felt quite shirty about,however when I went back they replaced 2 headlights immediately and did not ask for extra payment, so I am grateful for that extra bit of customer service.
These guys were great, fitted me in when they were busy. They listened to my explanation of my vehicles issue and they responded and worked through the issue for me perfectly. And they did not rip me off. I highly recommend them.
Sunday 10th September my vehicle engine light flashed on the dashboard.
I was unable to drive, experienced loss of power.
Monday 11th September had my vehicle towed to GMW Mechanical & Towing.
Tuesday 12th September my vehicle was fixed. (Ignition lead replaced)
What I initially thought was the end-of-life stage of my vehicle ended up being a $350 fix in one day.
Legendary.
(This price included an oil change and a boot lid repair)
Never again RIP OFF MECHANICALS.They quote you and just keep putting up the prices once they have possesion of your vehicle. And the add on the radio is just B/S. Make sure you have a fat wallet as there work is really poor. I took my car to another mechanic afterwards to get my car fixed properly and they were great
The only good thing they did was to give me back my wallet that I forgot. I took the car to make an oil loss and they never checked the general condition of the oil. I destroyed my car, I only had a liter of oil and I needed 5!!!!
