4 months agoAfter travelling from Melbourne, we started getting some vibrations in the car. Goodyear were able to accommodate a last minute booking and had us back on the road within 2 hours. We felt very looked after, and our new tyres and wheel alignment were fairly priced. Thanks Boyd and team – keep up the great work!2 months agoExceptional service provided for us by Boyd. We were in Perth with a puncture and having trouble getting a local service provider to replace our punctured and unrepairable tire under warranty. He personally managed to make this happen for us from 500km away. Thank you3 months agoTerrible service. Thought I’d share my story.Booked in for a wheel alignment, was told that it was done and I could pick it up, then only AFTER charging my card for the full amount did they tell me that actually they weren’t able to perform the alignment.
I was told as the suspension bushings were too worn and was returned the car in a worse alignment than I brought it in, but could pay to get it repaired and then pay again for the alignment. After bringing it to different mechanic for a second opinion, they confirmed that the bushings were fine, it did not need that work, and Goodyear were not being honest.
After asking to speak with someone about charging the full fee before telling me that the job wasn’t done, I was told that the manager had gone home but was promised they would ring me first thing Monday morning.
They never called me back as promised. I will not be returning and recommend anyone else use a different business!
a month agoWe had a possible tyre issue and were unsure of what was going on. We were served by Boyd who was nice, understanding and gave us an overall exceptional experience.2 weeks agoAbsolutely terrible workmanship, my vehicle’s wheel alignment was worse after the technician had finished. Moreover, the steering wheel isn’t in the correct position anymore . Then, I was lied to regarding possible solutions. Hi ,Tony . In response to you not liking my review, I’m pretty sure it’s only slander if what is said is not true . My comments are 100% true , and the review will remain. Regards

Can’t thank Dylan enough for his prompt service and understanding of our circumstances. as we were leaving Albany our engine light came on (reoccurring issue) we just need the computer plugged in to run a quick diagnostic to see if it would be safe to drive long distance until we get home to our mechanic, we rang around and were told by everyone “we are too busy you’ll have to book in for a weeks time..” when we called Auto Masters Dylan said feel free to pop in when ever you like, within half an hour we were there, had the diagnostic run and were on our way again. we are so appreciative and would not hesitate to have work done here in the future if ever in Albany and required
Picked up my car after it was fixed and unfortunately I did not realize that I could not use after pay after me asking the guy at the front if it was available who said YES before I drop it off so I presumed that I could cover the cost. Could not get my car in till next day. Now that’s fine but Its the fact that the guy at the front counter told me that I could use after pay and when I could not cover the cost he was non sympathetic and did not care at all just rude. I have had all the work done on my car at Auto masters and have spent a lot of money there and have pad all the cost every time. Will be taking my business elsewhere next time. Went in first thing next morning at pad for the work done ???
