Shop around folks. You will find a better price 100% of the time.a week agoI arranged for Smartfix electrical to install a new, modern and compliant electrical distribution board, in addition to the installation of two ceiling fans and downlights. They completed the work during the Xmas / New Year period on a Saturday. There was no additional charge for working during this period, and the electrician who did the work, Daniel, was professional, friendly, and courteous. The complete rewiring, and the installation work took several hours and the fixed price quotation was very reasonable. More importantly for me was the promptness of their service and the exceptional communication before, during and after the work was completed. I was very impressed with Daniel and his level of customer service. I would recommend Smartfix, and will definitely use their services again should the need arise.2 months agoGood job! very happy with removal and installation of the hot water heater. Very professional. Would recommend using Smartfix to do any Plumbing, electrical work required.a week agoI chose Smartfix initially because I needed a plumber quickly and they could send someone out. It’s difficult to find a plumber in the summer, that was the main reason I went with them. But I do not recommend. No issues with how the what was done but they shouldn’t change the scope without telling the customer. Half of what I asked to be done was doneThey are simply awful with communication. I got them out to quote for hot water replacement and water hammer issues. They did not complete the whole job. I tried to call to clarify and that’s when the issues started:
1. When you ring, you’re not speaking to the same person and always having to explain as the notes are not being properly passed on. 2. The staff dont even let you speak to a manager or a technical person when you have a query. They just say they’ll send someone out but they’re different to the person who quoted the job. 3. They will email you but they do not respond to emails. But you will definitely hear from them when they want to be paid without explaining what’s wrong with the job.
4 months agoVery good prompt professional service. I called mid morning and had two new shower taps installed by mid afternoon. The workmen were very respectful and courteous and cleaned up after them. Would highly recommend their service.

We highly recommend Response Electricians as we found them extremely knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. Todd gave us great advice on how to best update our lighting and power. He took care to check all aspects of our home system and responded to all of our queries in a thorough, friendly and enthusiastic manner.
The quote was promptly processed and scheduled by Frazer; and the work completed by Todd and his apprentice was efficient, with excellent attention to detail.
The outstanding communication from all team members from quote to completion was meticulous and led us to feel we were in good hands. All in all, we were very impressed with all facets of our experience with this firm.
