2 months agoWent to the car wash today, not sure enough the guy was that took care of us and our car but he was lovely,had a nice little chat while waiting for our turn, cost was $27 for a full wash and we were pretty pleased with it , don’t mind my half ar@#d photos it was the only way I could get them ? would recommend if u don’t feel energetic enough to wash ur own car ?2 months agoWhat a great service.This is a best place to wash your car or specially if you need a automatic wash for your big vehicles.7 months agoI take both my high performance and expensive vehicles to Kàrcher and its an amazing facility and definitely the best in Newcastle by far (I have tried them all)
Out of the hundreds of times that I have been there, i have only ever had one clean that wasn’t as good as it should have been, but the staff had the issues fixed on the spot.
Nick and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing and are always so helpful.

2 weeks agoHere you can wash and vacuum your car yourself, or drive through the car wash. Meeting nice people is also part of it. I find the vacuuming quite expensive. The facility is in very good condition. Staff always super helpful and friendly even if they don’t look it. Just hit them up and they are surprisingly happy to help. Great place to go.

I got the $20 extreme wash, and the outcome is pretty terrible. If there is a option of refund I will try my best to get it. Very disappointing. I should have went to any hand car wash for this money they would have happily fixed things and plus the tyre shine.

Not a ‘bad’ experience, but a tad expensive on the wallet for the time being doled out. There’s way better options around with quicker systems than having to wait 40 seconds before the new cycle kicks in. Default time delay!? People expect better for their money these day. This place is taking you for a ride.
3 car wash bays. The 2nd last time I went about 5 weeks ago, the first wash setting didn’t work. I quickly went to tell the guy with the $ wasting, & he said use the tyre cleaner it’s the same, yeah no I don’t think so.
I did & it was the tyre cleaner!
Should have given me $1 back from it being wasted.
Then quickly washed that off, & used the rest of the settings.
It goes too fast especially when you’re using the brush.
Been again as I can’t clean it anywhere else, I miss being able to do it at home where I did it for about 12 mths!
I’ve been using this car wash for weeks in the hope that things will change. But unfortunately the same problems still exist.
You put money in the machine to utilise their products but it takes at minimum (depending on product being used) at least 6 – 13 seconds before the product comes out. Although this may not sound like a lot, but 6 here, 10 there….. It All adds up. Very Disappointing.
