  1. Just went in to the store to purchase a new powerbank after waiting for 20 minutes we were told there wasn’t one available even though it was displayed on the shelf. We were then asked if we would like to see similiar products of which we weren’t allowed to even look over said product to see if the specifications were what we were after. We were told that they had to hold the product and that we couldn’t to prevent theft however the person who was holding it wasn’t listening to our requests to view the specs. After asking the lady who was holding the product to show us the side which had the specs on it (of which she didn’t listen to) she proceeded to say that we were being rude and demanding. Absolutely disgusting customer service making us out to be the ones in the wrong after patiently waiting for 20 minutes. More than 5 staff were waiting around at the counter holding not only us but the rest of the customers up in the meantime.

    Do better.

  2. Don’t ever bother going there, it should be called out of stock works. Been going there for the past two years and every single time the tech I want is OUT OF STOCK although the website says that is in stock and you go there and yes it’s out of stock. It would have to be the biggest tech joke on the planet. Even if you have to pay a bit more go somewhere else for all your tech needs.

  3. A bunch of thieves. Asked a staff member for a pixel 7. I was provided a pixel 7 and they charged us for a pixel 7a ( more expensive).
Even after checking the footage and seeing the mistake. They refused to refund us the difference. And tried to blame the issue on Google and not them.

  4. I had a poor experience with a rude staff member while wanting to print out some wedding invitation cards. The lady stated that I had to book an appointment. This was not what I was told when I had called in over the phone. I was told by another guy that I can walk in to organise for this to be printed and then get it on the same day. She then basically provided thickened paper as her options, stating that “These are all I have. I will print 4 on a sheet, and you will have to cut them by yourself”. I get that it is a really busy time of the year and there is a lot of work to be done. However, part of your work is having good customer service, and an ounce of kindness goes a long way.

  5. Never had a good experience with their customer service. Always rude. I had to print out ONE sheet of paper where I was rudely questioned of what I was doing. I understand I came in late but we still had 5 minutes. Only 2 minutes had past after having trouble with their problematic printing service was quickly rushed out of the store. Wouldn’t recommend save your money sis. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️
