1. The ordering process online was easy and convenient as item wasn’t in stock, but things went downhill when it came to picking up the item.

   Saturday 4th October I notified the store via link one hour beforehand that I was on my way, confirmed that I had arrived, A staff member called someone but received no answer on two occasions.

   It appears that no one is present in the warehouse. Perhaps they are not there during the weekend.

   I won’t use Click and Collect again at this store on a weekend.

2. I wanted to order a calendar with unique photos for my daughter for Christmas. I placed my order at the beginning of December. After being notified that it was ready, it turned out that only the first page was good, nothing on the rest. They said it’s no problem, they’ll print it again. No one called after that. Christmas was approaching, I began to worry that my daughter’s present would not arrive in time. I called them. They said that, unfortunately, I have to edit the whole thing again, because it all disappeared from the system. I did it in 3 hours. I waited. I called them. They said they would report the issue to IT. Silence. Nobody’s calling. No email either. Christmas is over, I asked for my money back on December 31st. Nobody cared. They simply said sorry… I didn’t get what I paid for or edited. I do not recommend Officeworks photo “service” to anyone.

3. This place just gets worse every time I visit. Can’t find any staff members to help. They seem to run away when you need anything.

   Try to buy things, wait for ages in the line with the product card, no greeting by staff member at all, then told not in stock. Apparently they are told by management not to put out the ‘out of stock’ cards! Great, so we just waste everyone’s time.

   I won’t bother going here again as the customer service is just woeful.

Went to buy and iPhone today, the man at the counter said they would price beat the price I had found at another Australian retailer , they went and got the phone then went back on there word as another staff member said no we won’t match that. Apparently they only price match to shop front stores, when it clearly says they honour online as well . Very bad service, don’t advertise this service and agree to it if you are not going to keep your word.

5. Good location, car park is not very big and people can struggle to find parking in front of the store. Very big store, lots of staff around to help you. The lady also offered to act as an additional check out for those paying by cards. They furniture’s are not the cheapest but of good quality, and some comes with a 3year Warranty. Overall good and pleasant experience.
