  1. If I could give it a zero I would. I understand that things have to be all self serve now and there is no such thing as customer service. But this is ridiculous you can no longer get anything printed by the staff themselves. Although the staff at my store where just standing talking with eachother.
My experience- told to do it myself. There was nowhere to copy the image to print it off. Go back to the register so they could copy the image and onto a usb. Then go back to go to the self service and print it off as they can not do this anymore and you do it yourself. The kiosks I used did not work. Went to the next did not work. Wait again to be served. To tell me only one kisok works. Wait for that to be free. Then go to print the photos off. Did not work. Wait again for more assistance. Only to have the rude person behind the counter say it’s not something they can help with. Waist of time! Total experience 45 minutes plus! And no photos because noone can do anything for anyone anymore. I am young and have very good computer skills. I would hate to be someone that doesn’t.

  2. I bought 10x acrylic paints and 4x paintbrushes from this store yesterday. I have always loved officeworks and the range they have, even if my store doesn’t have it in stock they are able to get it in. The customer service is appalling though. I was served at the checkout counter by a woman named Liliana. I had brought my products in a basket to the counter to pay. She proceeded to dump the products from the basket onto the table in an aggressive manner. I said to her, hey please be more gentle as the brushes are delicate and I am spending a good amount of money on these and didn’t want the broken before I had left the store. She looked at me sarcastically and made no attempt to apologise or not continue to be rough with the items. She did not offer me a bag. To carry my products I had purchased and I didn’t want to ask seeing the way she had treated the items I had bought. Not to mention the customer she served before myself was waiting to have a charger retrieved from the tech department and Liliana had told her to move aside in a very rude manner. A friendly smile and courteous manners go a long way and I expect that from someone who is in a customer service role. Very disappointed in the service that I recieved and how I saw another customer treated. All I can say is I am very hesistant to go back to this store and will be more than happy going elsewhere for my art supplies from now on.

  3. Liv at the print desk was so unbelievably helpful and friendly!! Went in to print a poster that was custom size and was completely lost – Liv helped me select a size, walked me through the process, gave me a quote before printing and was so helpful and upfront – amazing customer service, very thankful!!

  4. Worst customer service ever. It took 45 minutes to print my documents. Staff were very slow. I was using self service printer and now we need to get staff to recharge my printing card and had to wait half an hour because there was no staff to attend. The printer was not stocked with A4 papers too. So I had to wait for another staff again. What’s the use of self service if i need need staff to recharge printing card? . I remember there was an option to recharge card by self.
