7 months agoName says it all, but they should name it – One Stop EASY Car Wash, because it was no hassles at all, no coins and just used my credit card to just swipe – automatically deducted $5.20 which gave me a little over 6 minutes of wash time. Used the foam brush on our VW Transporter for four minutes and then pressure hosed it down the last two. Didn’t bother with a pre-rinsea year agoI’d have to say this car wash is the best value for money. Doesn’t take 35 seconds for the product to come through unlike the others that I stand there watching the timer count down & think omg I’ve only got $2 left to finish this wash.. Also, I’d have to say my car actually came out more clean & shiny. Maybe it was just that the sun was out who knows but I noticed a remarkable difference in the finished product. Biggest plus of the place is the staff. They are nice and genuine.
The downside is the amount you pay for the “clean”. I just got back from the $22 deluxe auto wash and it has somehow left my car somehow dirtier then when I went in, meaning I now have to clean it again at home anyways. When they get a better car wash system in there I’ll go back but until then, I’ll just take the time and do it myself.
Opted for the detailed wash – meant to include wheel wash, blow dry, wax. Young guy did half arse pre wash – no wheel wash, queried and got an argumentative response saying “I washed the wheels”. His attitude stunk of can’t be a****. Finished and the car is still wet and no wax. Basically total rip off, staff attitude pretty appalling. Won’t be going back and do not recommend.
The staff there were working so hard and doing a great job. It was really busy and they didn’t stop. Their manners and customer service was fantastic.
Unfortunately the level of service depends on the attendant on the day. The older guys are generally better but the young ones, especially the blonde fellow doesn’t provide the service you pay for, he’s rough, misses large patches on your vehicle. My car is black so shows all the areas missed and the brush stokes. Perhaps more training and customer service wouldn’t go astray and a no phone policy.

From last one year this company’ s attitude towards the workers has been changed They have gone from bad to worst. I have gone through rascism, discrimination and favortism of managers.
