  1. We thought of buying Gold why because compared to India will get some 15-20% less and also we can reimbursed GST in the airport…

We are regular customer of GRT Bangalore… So without thinking i went there…

They have a good collection of gold and diamonds, and their prices are very competitive… It was the first time we shopped at GRT, Singapore…

Compare to Bangalore showroom this was samll, Good quality in their service as well…

  2. Nice place…. Good designs with No Making charges also available in Chains & Bangles…. Good for Tourists!! Do carry cash & Passport to get GST refunds at the Airport, if you are visiting as a tourist ….

  3. Designs are available, however the salespeople are absolutely disgraceful. They simply stand around talking on their phones even while showing the designs and so miss our questions and requests. Others simply act busy doing nothing but moving notebooks here and there. And the worst of them show arrogance and annoyance in showing the design pieces , which is unacceptable. Customer service must be improved very much . I did end up buying the jewels , but they did the bare minimum.

  4. This store is an absolute disgrace. The sales people there are the worst you can find and the guy at the pricing counter makes sure that the customer should not come next time by being so rude. Not sure, why after so many negative reviews, these guys are still kept by the management. I finally chose, Abirami Jewellers for the gold we purchased yesterday. Never ever going to GRT at any cost from now on. 🙁

  5. Very little collections as usual comparatively costly however some antique designs but still less collection. What we don’t like you make pricing higher and wanted to visit manager for discount. Can’t they price it appropriately and treat all customers equally? Why make customers to bargain.
