3 months agoI have been a regular customer with Emi for more than five years for my nail. She is very talented with drawing and always has good ideas for the unique designs. Always been patient to communicate with me the design I ask for. She has the best technique and price is still reasonable. I always highly recommend her to everyone asking about my nail 🙂3 months agoEmi is honestly the best nail tech I have found across 4 states in Australia! Every single time I have been to Emi, my nails have been minimum 4 weeks between appointments (sometimes 6wks) and nothing is ever lifted or broken (unless of course I have done something stupid to get it stuck somewhere ?) Not to mention I could watch you paint nails with your art skills forever. Pretty sure everytime I leave I say that design is my favorite ? I will never go anywhere else and I will continue to send everyone your way as long as you have room to keep booking me in ? Thank you Emi!2 months agoEmu was amazing. Extremely disappointed in my experience with this hair salon. I asked for light blonde half head of foils plus a bob cut. What I got was orange hair roots, not great colour coverage and the cut is wispy, not blunt, and all different lengths. I was offered a quote, unexpectedly, after being seated so I felt quite under pressure to accept the huge price of $455 but I thought maybe it would be worth it. It definitely was not. I’ve been getting my hair done for 20 years and I have been treated like a fool with explanations from the owner such as maybe the water quality where I’m washing my hair is the cause of it. I live out of town, so I asked for a refund of $200 which was turned down. The owner offered me to come back in so they could tone it but what kind of solution is that when you live 900km from the city? Since then, I have had to buy several toning products to try and correct the orange throughout my hair which balances it for a day or two only and then it is back. This tells me that the wrong product was used, incorrect colour and not enough toner while in the salon. Not to mention the cut – I’ve had a bob cut many times over the years and it always sits fine without blow drying or straightening. Not this time. What a waste of money and time!
I was lucky enough to have Marine cut my hair. I felt very pampered with the hair washing and blow dry at the end plus I ordered a drink! The cut couldn’t be any better! If you need a cut or style, I wouldn’t hesitate to go here. Highly recommended.

Jordan was super friendly, gentle, knew exactly what she was doing and coloured/sculptured my hair beautifully. I never felt rushed and she always made sure we were on the same page before committing.

Went in to get my first ever fringe haircut and had one of the best experiences! The staff were so friendly and accommodating and I was very lucky to have Tyiana cut my hair. She did so amazing giving me my first bangs and I was so happy with the outcome! Definitely recommend this salon and Tyiana!!
I’ve never been happier after a hair appointment. I’ve got long, thick and blonde hair, and was looking to get a cut and some highlights. I chose The Hair Studio after reading good reviews on this salon on google, and they did not disappoint! Tyiana fully understood my vision, did some adjustments and the result came out better than I dreamed of! I’ve gotten similar haircuts and highlights in other places, but this has got to be the best work that’s ever been done to my hair – leaving me smiling from ear to ear the rest of the day. The atmosphere is super relaxing and luxerious. Such a good experience from beginning to end – recommended!!
