8 months agoAmazing results and great customer service?I got a keratin treatment. The 3rd year apprentice was so skilled. She checked in with me often to see of the water was too hot, if the cape was too tight etc. And she took small sections which gave an amazing result.
The owner was lovely and very skilled too. Will definitely be back
2 months agoI went into Dhillonz hair salon to have my hair done with an all over color, a hair cut & 10-12 foils, the same as I usually have done, each time is a different price.When I phoned for an appointment the Manager asked if I was going to use my Eftpos card if so she was going to charge me a $50 deposit prior to my appointment in case I canceled.
I told the hairdresser what I wanted done, the most ridiculous thing could have been done to anyone was to cut your hair before color & foils.
Once cut it was too short to put the foils in leaving the Manager to hold the hair while the foils where done to one side of my hair, the color I asked for was a bright orange nothing like what I asked for.
I told the hairdresser & the Manager that I was not going to leave the salon looking like I did, to this the hairdresser put an all over deep auburn color which covered what little foils that were put in.
It cost me $120 to which the Manager told me that she wouldn’t charge me for the foils, what foils, there were none.
I waited three hours for this mess to be made, paying & walking out disgusted.
I would NOT recommend this salon with these hairdressers who do not know what they are doing.
I ask ‘who in their own mind would cut your hair this short’ to have color & foils put in..All I can say to this is ‘Bloody Ridiculous’.
They make out they are friendly & courteous however it is a disgrace when you expect one hairdresser to do your hair & not two or three different ones.
I could not understand why the Manager did not fix the mess to what I really wanted with no apologies whatsoever.
a year agoI had an hour or so between jobs and Dhillonz Hair fitted me in. The salon is clean and the staff were busy with other customers but I was shown straight through to a chair. The apprentice was quiet but attentive to my request. Everything was completed efficiently and to my satisfaction. My cut and colour worked out out nicely. Thank you for your service5 months agoEmily was fantastic. I would highly recommend her. I was visiting a relative and was in desperate need of a hairdresser. Emily was very knowledgeable. Just a shame I won’t be Able to return as I am from NSW. Thanks again Emily.6 months agoI was able to secure a last minute haircut. It was my favourite haircut in Gladstone, Aman was amazing, knew exactly what I wanted. Was always open to my needs, and her suggestions were spot on. Thanks so much, would highly recommend her, thank you! Oh and the shampoo massage was so relaxing. Thank you ?

I booked a spray tan, my first time at this salon. I loved how beautiful the facilities are. I had asked for a dark tan and Kayler matched my skin to the perfect tan colour that also looked really perfect in photos. I am very pale, and a nice spray tan makes a huge difference to how I feel about wearing different colours, and smiling in photographs. My tan was PERFECT, I really enjoyed my big day, and have some lovely photos. Thankyou so much Kayler, I am so grateful and will definitely be back again!
Got my hair cut exactly what I wanted. Had lovely interactions with the staff and will definitely be coming back for my next cut. The highlight was the shampooing, the head massage was so relaxing. Would highly recommend after all my unfortunate experiences I’ve had with other hair dressers.
This was a great experience. All 3 haircuts look awesome, we had no wait time ( other than each person done by the same wonderful lady). If we come come back through again definitely going back. Thanks again!
