Janelle, Mary and the team were so lovely, professional and talented through the whole process, even with covid delays. I’m so grateful for them and their work, they made us so beautiful and happy on the day. I cannot recommend them highly enough for events and for normal hair egg makeup. Both me, my son, my sister and my parents go here and are v happy with results ps the head massage is divine.8 months agoFirst time coming here as not from the area. Absolutely amazing !! Hairdresser Hannah (if I remember her name correctly) did an amazing job on my haircut. Recommended some great products and also helped teach me some styling tricks. 10/10 recommend !!

I had my hair styled recently and they did a fantastic job. It was exactly what I wanted and all the staff were very friendly and professional. The checking in process was also efficient and I was very happy with the whole process.
Never had an issue untill recently I have never had to go back and ask for my hair redone which is was and I then also asked for more off the front and I changed the way I wanted it styles the lady cut it better nothing like I wanted and still charged me for change of mind which is fair but didn’t actually cut the way I wanted it at all just not happy. She took the cap off showed me what she did. Usually a great salon but honestly very unhappy now have paid $50 for a hair cut that isn’t as nice as i wanted
Perfectly ok last time, but this time was very UNSATISFACTORY. Hair pulled whilst washing, then told ” well I have to get the water out”. Then the cut was exactly not what I said. When i questioned the length i was told that’s as short as she could do, I asked to layer but I got a bob. I was so shocked at the complete disregard I just left. I know I should have said more, but as she was not listening I just left. If I was not 30klm away I would go in personally.
Reception staff Ellen was amazing, super chatty and prompt service.

I have always gone here for haircut but never will I go back there I have had 2 terrible haircuts in December I went in for a razor cut hairstyle chunks cut on even couldn’t go back didn’t have enough hair to fix It went in today and got a worse haircut than last time hairdresser pulled my hair didn’t cut my hair the way the way I requested it asked to thin it out got lecture about how its not good for my hair my hair is now shorter than I have ever had it so angry never will I go back ever
