Very rude customer service. I was on my way home from work when I stopped in to 7eleven Kanwal at about 2am.
After getting fuel I needed some groceries and to use atm but was refused entry. I was told that the shop is closed at night. However the 7eleven that is 5 min from this one has thier shop open 24hrs.
When I checked the website it said it was open 24hrs but apparently they are not. Regardless of the website.
Added to this the operator treated me like I was 10 years old, when I am probably twice his age. Good customer service is hard to find these days huh!!!!!!
Fuel was great price compared to Sydney and surrounding stations.
Lady who served me was friendly and store ect was clean and tidy .
Great place to get fuel and Krispy Kremes.
The staff there are really friendly.
Hardly a queue for a bowser, so that is awesome.
Very modern too, and want a cold drink on a hot day? Well their fridges are ice cold, which can not be said about the other stations in the area.
A place that can’t get orders correct order 2 sandwich an coffee delivery by doordash only got one sandwich coffee top was not put on probably coffee all of chest lucky it was cold
