Cant go wrong with a $3 cola slurpee tho!5 years agoAfter paying for fuel the console operator claimed my EFTPOS transaction was declined even though the EFTPOS machine and EFTPOS receipt said it was approved. I was made to pay again. The transaction went through my account twice. I approached 7 Eleven North Ipswich to get a refund only to be told they wouldn’t refund. After phoning 7 Eleven corporate office to lodge a complaint they advised that stores can’t refund and I would need to lodge a dispute with my bank which involves fees and a time delay. 7 Eleven Corporate Office couldn’t care less.

Great store. Good coffee. Don’t come in after midnight. The graveyard shift guy really doesn’t like serving people. I’ve waited up to 10 mins to pay for fuel.
Night staff are often very rude, cut you off when requesting items from the store when the night window is in operation. Makes you feel like an inconvenience and as such don’t end up ordering everything I intended to purchase. I have given the benefit of the doubt for a bad night here and there but it is a consistent behaviour, I have since come to learn. Also, was on a call (appeared to be a personal call) using ear pods while serving on this last visit. I won’t be returning.
they have a promo going for free smoothie with any fuel purchase. so they turn the machine off. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
Just a petrol station. Don’t understand how you can have a bad experience. Good slurpees.
Staff member was rude and had an attitude the entire time severing me and the customer before me. It was uncalled for and made the experience bad. Not a good environment
