Came here to fuel up and decided to pay with my 7-11 gift card but the operator was quite useless that she either can’t or had no idea how to process it. Therefore she just gave me the answer that my card had expired which is not right. I went home and checked it again on the 7-11 gift card website and sure enough, it had not expired. Instead of making up some stupid and untrue reason, she could have just told me that she had no idea how to process a gift card payment. I would not fuel up here unless the fuel light is on and the car is about to die.
