Good staff. Very prompt service. From the outer looks of DHL port Melbourne, its hard to know if there is a customer service inside. The entrance is via small door adjacent to main rolling shutter through which DHL trucks enter the warehouse.
Great service. My parcel left Melbourne Tuesday, arrived Auckland Wednesday am. Amazing.
Sadly then took seven days to travel from Auckland (North Island) to Cromwell (South Island), same country.

Martha is the most helpful and reliable person I have ever come across. She solved my issue immediately and with such kindness, DHL is lucky to have a girl like her on their team
We are on a 2 week tour of Australia then a 2 week cruise to New Zealand. With 4 weeks away we needed more luggage than internal airlines would allow. So arranged for DHL to transport excess luggage from Melbourne to Sydney. They collected from our first hotel and delivered to the final one in advance of our arrival. Worked like a dream, well done DHL.
Not too many DHL service points in the CBD. I popped out here for an excuse to take a ride on the Port Melbourne tram on a sunny morning. Their website claimed they were wheelchair accessible but when I got there there were steps! A passerby called a staff member who sorted my parcel for me, and claimed they were planning to make it accessible.
